Ah Leng Char Koay Teow
No one will miss Char Koay Teow whenever they are in Penang. Some say Lorong Selamat Char Koay Teow but I still prefer Ah Leng Char Koay Teow instead. The char koay teow stall is rated as one of the top hawker delights in Penang. The stall has appeared in local Chinese newspaper. The stall is said to be the one of the first stall who serves char koay teow with mantis prawn. The Koay Teow are fried together with other ingredients to a perfect level. It is well fried and the prawn is simply juicy and the prawns are also a big one indeed.
