ROOTED IN LOVE: A MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION AT THE ST. REGIS KUALA LUMPUR

April 30, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

Motherhood is a profound force — quiet yet unwavering, tender yet resilient. This Mother’s Day, The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur honours this timeless strength through Rooted in Love, a thoughtfully curated celebration inspired by the grounding power of nature and the nurturing spirit of mothers. From exquisite dining rituals to intimate spa journeys, each offering is a tribute to the women who shape our lives with grace and unconditional love.

Growing Beautiful Moments at The Brasserie

The celebration begins at The Brasserie, where guests are invited to partake in an immersive brunch experience unlike any other. Held on 11 May 2025, Rooted in Love: A Mother’s Day Brunch draws inspiration from the beauty of nature — its grounded roots, its capacity to flourish, and its enduring presence. This symbolic theme comes to life through an exclusive Terrarium Masterclass, led by the hotel’s in-house floral atelier, Flower Series. Mothers will design their own miniature garden to take home, accompanied by a keepsake Polaroid portrait capturing the joy of the moment.
This brunch is as much about memory-making as it is about indulgence. Guests will delight in a decadent buffet featuring tableside-carved premium roasts, ocean-fresh seafood, and botanical-inspired desserts. Live music sets the tone for a warm, joyous celebration, where every element — from the setting to the service — is crafted to reflect the elegance of the occasion.

Tea and Timeless Love at The Drawing Room

Inspired by the legendary hostess Mrs. Caroline Astor, this signature ritual is infused with botanical artistry — from fragrant teas and handcrafted savouries to delicate sweets that bloom with flavour. Guests are surrounded by floral arrangements and serenaded by live music, creating a setting that is as poetic as the love it celebrates.
Whether shared between generations or enjoyed as a quiet moment of appreciation, this afternoon tea embodies the kind of luxury that speaks straight to the heart.
