Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Introduces a “Pretty in Pink” Dining Experience at The Loungein Support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

September 23, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is committed to supporting charitable causes. In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Lounge is pleased to present a special “Pretty in Pink” dining experience from 6 to 16 October, 2023. The exclusive 4-course dinner menu and an indulgent afternoon tea menu will both be themed in pink, and meticulously curated by the Executive Executive Chef Maxime Luvara and Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan. 10% of all proceeds from these menus will be donated to the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation. The partnership aims to support the foundation’s initiatives in raising awareness about breast cancer and providing essential assistance to patients.

The “Pretty in Pink” menus promise a delightful culinary journey. Guests will be treated to a 4-course dinner menu (HK$888 per person) with delicious dishes such as Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio, which features thinly sliced scallops marinated in yuzu juice and olive oil, garnished with Kristal caviar. The Root Vegetable Creamy Soup is a mix of seasonal heirloom root vegetables blended with baby beetroot and celeriac foamy cream. For the main course, guests can choose between Pan-Seared Salmon with Sicilian-style stewed vegetables, or Bellota Spanish Iberico Pork with Sweet and Sour Sauce. End your meal on a sweet note with Cherry Mont Blanc with Pink Chestnut Cream and Vanilla Ice Cream. Vegetarian options are also available to cater to guests with different dietary needs.

The afternoon tea set (HK$888 for 2 persons) features both savoury and sweet delights. Some highlights include Foie Gras Tartlet with Fig Compote and Rose Champagne Jelly, Truffle and Wild Mushroom Tart with Mimolette Cheese, Pink Velvet Religieuse filled with Lemon Curd, and Cherry Pound Cake glazed with Sakura Cream. The signature Four Seasons Scones with Homemade Forest Berries Jam, Physalis-Apricot Jam, and Devonshire Ceram are not to be missed.

*Price is subject to 10% service charge.
