Rockafellers Ushers in the Lunar New Year with a Grand ‘Prosperity’ Feast of Roasts and Ocean Treasures

January 30, 2026 by StrawberrY Gal

As the Lunar New Year approaches, Rockafellers marks the season of abundance and reunion with the launch of its specially curated Chinese New Year “Prosperity” Menu, a lavish celebration of generous roasts, premium seafood, and communal dining traditions.

Available for dine-in and takeaway for a limited time, the festive menu reflects Rockafellers’ hallmark expertise in robust, European-style roasts, thoughtfully infused with auspicious elements symbolising prosperity, longevity, and togetherness — values at the heart of Chinese New Year celebrations.

Designed for sharing among family, friends, and colleagues, the Prosperity menu offers a series of grand platters and celebratory dishes that transform festive gatherings into memorable feasts.

Imperial Platters for Reunion Celebrations

At the centre of the menu is the Imperial Fortune Platter (RM588 nett), crafted to serve eight to ten persons. This indulgent spread brings together Rockafellers’ most beloved roast specialities, including Roast Whole Parmesan Chicken, Crispy Pancetta Pork Roll, Pork Meatloaf, Nam Yu Pork Ribs topped with Pork Floss, Assorted Sausages, and traditional accompaniments. Generous in both portion and presentation, the platter serves as a striking centrepiece for reunion dinners.

Seafood enthusiasts may opt for the Treasures of the Sea Platter (RM648 nett), designed for six to eight persons. This ocean-inspired feast features Wok-Baked Tiger Prawns with Signature Sauce, Braised Abalone Slices with Fish Maw and Mushrooms, Steamed Patin Fish with Ginger and Garlic, and Salted Egg Yolk Crabs — dishes rich in symbolism, representing abundance, success, and good fortune for the year ahead.

Takeaway Highlights for Festive Entertaining

For those celebrating at home, Rockafellers offers a comprehensive Chinese New Year Prosperity Takeaway Menu, allowing hosts to recreate a restaurant-quality feast with ease. Standout offerings include:

Roast Whole Suckling Pig Stuffed with Glutinous Rice – RM588

Roast Whole Suckling Pig with Chinese Oriental Sausage – RM588 nett

Prosperity Platter – RM588 nett (serves eight to ten), featuring roast pork belly, red bean ribs, roast whole duck, char siew-style pork floss, and pork meatloaf

These offerings are complemented by Rockafellers’ extensive à la carte selection, which includes festive favourites such as Beef Wellington with Red Wine Jus, Orange-Glazed Roast Duck, Crispy Pork Knuckle, Nam Yu Pork Ribs, and Roast Whole Lamb Leg — suitable for both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations.

Classic Sides and Wine Pairings

All festive platters are served with classic Western accompaniments including baked potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, and a variety of house-made sauces. Selected sets are paired with De Bortoli “Family” Wine, available in red or white, offering an added layer of indulgence to the festive dining experience.

The Chinese New Year Prosperity Menu is available across multiple outlets:
