Maruki Ramen @ The Linc

August 30, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

This place is indeed a hidden jewel at The Linc. Maruki Ramen brings you with the Pork Free Japanese Ramen which is worth to try and go for.  And for those who are in love with ramen, Maruki Ramen is definitely the place to visit and transport yourself all the way to Japan when you slurp the ramen.

What’s special about Maruki Ramen is where their noodles are handmade daily by their chef and they are using the imported halal wheat flour from Japan. In here, the delicious ramen not only lay on its noodles the broth and ingredients as well. In here, the broth comes simply flavourful and they are also using the high-grade of beef to serve you.

Edameme

While waiting for your food to arrived, let’s nibble some edamame and gyoza first. The edamame is perfectly done and they are as good as it should be. They are lightly salted  and steamed which makes it so good.

Pan Fried Chicken Gyoza (RM 14.90)

For fans who are in love with the gyoza, do try their Spicy Miso Paste or Japanese Soy Sauce Gyoza. The Gyoza is beautifully wrapped with the generous ingredients in it. They are pan fried till perfection leaving you with the juicy meat with the crispy bites at the outside.

Ebi Tempura (RM22.90)

The ebi tempura is another must have here. One can enjoy the fresh prawns in a light and fluffy tempura batter. It is then being deep fried till golden brown with the crunchy bites at the outside while inside you can taste the pulpy juicy meat.

Wagyu Ramen Deluxe (RM 78.90)

One of the highlights in Maruki Ramen is their Wagyu Deluxe. This is a special creation where one can enjoy the light chicken broth which is fused with vegetable, bonito, and kelp for an umami flavour and they are served with the Japanese Wagyu and imported beef slice. The Wagyu Deluxe Ramen comes with the choice of Superior Shoyu, Shio or Classi Kara Broth and topped with the Japanese Wagyu, Premium Beef Slices , Ajiama Soft Boiled Egg, Fresh Shallots, Leek and Seaweed. You can definitely enjoy the taste of tender and melts in the mouth wagyu meat. Is awesomely delicious!

Dry Maze Ramen

The Dry Maze Ramen is another unique ramen to go for. The Al dente ramen is perfectly mixed with pure wagyu oil, soy sauce and top with Ajitama eggs, wagyu fat cracklings, fresh shallots, leek, seaweed and a choice of Australian beef or A5 Japanese Wagyu Beef. Crowd’s favourite! The meat is tender and each slurps of the noodles is so good and delicious that I can finish the whole bowl on my own.

Classic Kuro Ajitama (RM 28.90)

The Classic Kuro Ajitama comes simply delicious. Being a big fans of black garlic, the classic kuro is packed with the fragrant taste of the black garlic which is blended into their classic white chicken broth which brings you with the rich unforgettable taste.  I love the Classic Kuro Ajitama where the chicken roll is perfected glazed and they are topped with the Ajitama Soft Boiled Egg and Leek. Awesomely good!

Classic Kara Ramen Deluxe (RM 37.90)

The Classic Kara Ramen is made from Maruki’s Original full flavoured Spicy Miso Chicken brooth and topped with their one  of the kind Roasted Sesame Paste. And we had the Classic Kara Deluxe which is packed with the Glazed Chicken Roll, together with the Premium Australian Beef Slices, Ajitama Soft Boiled Egg together with leek and seaweed.

Overall, the ramen here is awesomely good and delicious. We love the taste a lot and fully enjoyed how it is done. They are indeed a perfect indulgence to go for if you are a big fans of ramen.
