Concorde reveals its 2022 Ramadan promotion featuring an array of delicacies from authentic kampung style dishes to timeless signatures. Ignite the spirit of Ramadan with  your family, friends and colleagues  at our family friendly coffee house. Come, join in the special feast beginning 3 April till 2 May 2022 at Melting Pot Café.

Guests will be spoilt for choice with the variety of dishes served as well as the  great light and easy tunes performed by Begema 5 resident band.

A bowl of bubur lambuk to break fast is considered a norm every Ramadan. So do not miss to savour this delicacy.  Other favourites include the Malaysian style soups like sup gearbox and sup tulang rusuk – these delicious, hearty and flavourful soups one cannot simply resist. For some western style soups, sample roasted tomato soup with chilli garlic croutons and mushroom soup with garlic croutons too. The delicious spread of appetisers will not disappoint too. Sample tauhu bakar, gado-gado, acar mangga, acar Portugis, urap daun selom bersama ikan bilis, tempeh goreng jawa berjintan, kerabu daging bakar, kerabu ayam dengan daun pegaga and kerabu jantung pisang bersantan.

Next make your way to the fresh seafood section. A seafood display on ice presents poached tiger prawn, pink scallop, crayfish, snow crab, black mussels and green mussels. Guests can pick their favourites and dip with favourite sauces choices like the seafood cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, Thai chilli lime sauce or  tabasco sauce.

Malay Cuisine’s Sous Chef Azrie Fadlie along with  his team serve up delicious main dishes. Do not miss asam pedas tetel Kota Laksamana, gulai ayam kampung kentang Tok Wan, gulai tunjang Minangkabau, kari kepala ikan merah bendi, daging rendang Minang, gulai udang pedas besama rebung, sotong sambal tumis petai, terung berlado, opor ayam, ayam masak merah kacang hijau, kambing masak hitam manis, daging rendang tok, gulai nangka muda bersama udang and pajeri nenas. Meanwhile, check out the specialities at the live cooking stalls serving ikan bakar, pasta, teppanyaki beef and chicken, whole roasted lamb, noodles selection – curry laksa, prawn mee, satay and otak-otak.

Aside from that, guests can enjoy our special take on Malaysian Cuisine. Aside from Malay food, enjoy the traditional flavours of Chinese and Indian dishes. Amongst some of the dishes served are stir-fried tiger prawn with crispy oats, stir-fried clams with pepper and black bean sauce, baby kai lan with oyster sauce, murkh makhani (chicken cooked with fresh tomato and cream-based gravy), baigan ka bharta (roasted brinjal cooked with tomat-based gravy) and pulou rice (basmathi rice cooked with mixed spices).

Stuffed from the heavy mains, take a short break, sit back and enjoy local Malaysian all time favourite snacks – crispy goreng pisang,  keropok lekor, keladi and keledek.

As for the grand finale, those with a sweet tooth can rejoice with an assortment of desserts and Turkish ice-cream! Chefs will be busy too preparing a la minute apam balik for guests. Bingka beras, beras kacang hijau, bingka labu, cara manis, cara berlauk, cucur badak, kole kacang, seri muka, lapis, bakar, keria, lompat tikam, puteri mandi, talam ubi, lepat pisang, serawa durian, pengat pisang, bubur kacang hijau, bubur pulut hitam and bubur cha cha.
