ENJOY THE NOBU DINING EXPERIENCE FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME

May 7, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

The Movement Control Order period has seen Nobu Kuala Lumpur halt operations in accordance with the recommendation from the government. During this time, Nobu Kuala Lumpur has been working behind closed doors to find a way to deliver the world renowned dishes that we all know and love without compromising on quality and experience.

Nobu Kuala Lumpur’s latest delivery and takeout menu aptly named Nobu at Home, allows customers to have a 56-storey high dining experience in the comfort of your own home. Indulge in a wide variety of succulent dishes prepared in Nobu’s signature bento boxes, bringing one back to the authentic Japanese-Peruvian dining experience Nobu Kuala Lumpur is famed for.

The Nobu at Home menu was meticulously curated by Executive Chef Philip Leong along with his talented Nobu kitchen team. The menu was specifically designed to allow Nobu Kuala Lumpur to cater to guests at home during this period. The listed menu items consist of Nobu Kuala Lumpur’s signature offerings and other favourites that are sure to satisfy regular customers’ cravings and open new ones to a unique dining experience. The menu items are affordably priced to ensure that more people are able to experience Nobu at Home.

“The main priority when we were coming up with the menu was ensuring that the experience and taste of the dishes wouldn’t be compromised due to delivery or takeout. When any Nobu restaurant around the world opens they have to adhere to strict standards so that guests can enjoy the same experience regardless of where they are, and we are continuing to keep to that standard through our delivery and takeout menu” said Executive Chef Philip Leong.

Starting from 6th May 2020, you can indulge in a unique dining experience with Nobu at Home from 11.30am to 9pm daily. The highlight of the menu is the Matsuhisa Box, which comprises of Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing, Assorted Sushi handpicked by the Sushi Chef, the signature Black Cod Miso glazed with Nobu’s sweet Den Miso paste, Grilled Chicken and Anticucho Sauce completed with a side of Miso Soup and Rice.

On the other hand, the set menu includes a wide range of choices that have something for everyone. It’s especially exciting for steak lovers, who can feast on the mouth-watering and tender Dry Age Prime Rib Eye drizzled in Nobu style sauce. No dining experience would be complete without a selection of delectable desserts that include the signature Nobu Cheesecake to satisfy your sweet tooth.
