Vegetarian food had evolved so much and sometimes the dishes are alike with the non-veetarian food. Being that, Su Lai Xiang a vegetarian restaurant had evolved to serve healthy vegetarian dishes, The restaurant is not only emphasise on tasty food but also emphasises on health and tasty vegetarian food. The restaurant is located at around Souled Out at Desa Sri Hartamas. The restaurant is serving a variety of the vegetarian delights and each of every dish is simply well cooked.

Fried Oyster Mushroom with Butter Cream is a light appetizers to try there. The dish is one of the recommended by the chef and it is well fried with the taste is quite creamy as well. The dish is freshly made and very appetizing which I love the most.
Price: RM 14.00

Next will be the Stir Fried Bittergourd with Salted Fish where the dish had brings up the vegetarian Salted Fish very well. The vegetarian salted fish is indeed a like the real salted fish and the dish is simply appetizing. As for the bitterguard, the taste of bitter is also not much to be tasted. I could say that, it is well made.

The Stir Fried Vegetables is one of the basis in vegetarian food. The vegetables are well fried with broccoli  cauliflower, carrots, and also some mushrooms together with it. The vegetables are freshly stir fried and the taste remains very delicious.

Next will be the ginger fish where the texture of the delights is simply like a real fish instead of the vegetarian style fish. It’s well made and I am just amaze that that the chef can make a vegetarian fish alike. The sauce for the ginger fish is good as well.

Fried Tofu with Salt and Pepper is something which become our favorites where the tofu is being deep fried till crispiness and we just love the slight saltiness and light spiciness. It is indeed well served and the taste of it is indulging us and wanted to have more of it.

Asam Prawns is giving a sweet and sour delights which is well made. I love the sauce of the delights which is being served with it.

Mui Choy Kau Yok would be most people favorites in local restaurants. In here, the Mui Choy Kau Yok is well made with the right flavoring and the taste is tantalizing as well.

Fried Vegetable Stem with Seeds is a dish which is being stir fried till crunchiness with the seeds. It is indeed a lovely meals with the crunchy texture that I could say it simply lovely and special.
