
Legendary chef Pierre Gagnaire will return to his two Michelin-starred restaurant, Pierre, from 3 to 9 December, 2016 to launch his new Winter Tasting Menu. Using exquisite ingredients, available during the winter season, Chef Gagnaire together with Jacky Tauvry, Chef de Cuisine of Pierre, will showcase the new menus which were designed for the cooler climate as a wonderful lead up to the festive season ahead.

The new menus use a range of intense flavours and substantial textures. Highlights include foie gras terrine au naturel with quince purée; cocktail of scallops and shells with the infusion of smoked Jerusalem artichokes; sole meunière filet with young spinach shoots and txistorra in champagne sauce; picata veal with lemon, squash veloutè with Alba white truffle, and Pierre Gagnaire’s Grand Dessert. Available after Chef Gagnaire’s departure until 26 December 2016, the four-course and six-course menus are priced at HKD1,398 and HKD1,998 respectively, subject to 10% service charge
