Diners at China Treasures, at the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club are in for a splendid delight as the award winning restaurant will be introducing an exclusive Live Organic Jade Perch dish in its menu, available from 1 August 2015 to 30 September 2015.

This unique fish species originates from Australia, also known as Fei Chui Pan in Cantonese is a popular fish within the Asian countries that is extraordinarily rich in Omega-3 oils. Jade Perch, gets its name from the distinctive greenish colour along the top of its body when light is reflected off the scales. The Jade Perch’s rich natural oils and soft flesh is said to have a high Omega-3 oil content, that is, 2.4g for every 100g of flesh, which is far higher than 1.8g for every 100g compared with the Atlantic salmon.
