March 23, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

As April marks the New Year in the Hindu Saka Calender, and it is known as Baisakhi or Vaisahi whihch is the long festivel to celebrate the long waited harvest and the bounty of Mother Earth. It is known as Thanksgiving day and during this month, Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar are presentingyoi with the huge spread of buffet. Crafted by their Indian Chef Shambhunath, the journey of Indian cusine will pampered you with the extravaganza dishes and recipes of the royal household of of Delhi, Jaipur and Lucknow. The great Indian journey is indeed bringing us to taste the Northern India dishes without travelling to India.

The buffet spread highlighting a variety of Indian Cuisine which includes include Kheema Biryani, Lamb Rogan Josh, Murgh Dhanivall Korma, Palak Paneer and Aloo Gobi Mussalam alongside with the prepared condiments such as Mint Chutney and Lime Pickle to complete an exotic gastronomic experience.

And in Link-all Dining here, you will be assured to pamper your self with the variety of dishes here. We have dine for a widespread of salad where you can try the variety of western salad as well as Vegetable Pakora (Vegetable Fritters). I love the vegetable Pakaro where plentiful of ingridients like onion, eggplant, potato, spinach and other ingridients are being dip them in a batter of gram flour and then deep-frying them. The delights bring us a crispy temptations which is indeed a great blend.

Besides enjoying nice appetizers, do try their Indian Dhal Shorba where the yellow dal is being added with the chopped onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and chopped garlic. The dal is added with lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves. It is being served hot with the naan together.

As for the main course, they do have a variety of the Indian dishes to be tried. They have the Khema Briani which is the Minced Meat Briani Rice. The Keema and Basmati rice cooked together with spices and flavoured with saffron. The rice here is slightly different from the usual Briani rice as the dish is more spicy than the usual Khema Rice we had.
Other mains and curry which is available in their buffet includes Lamb Rogan Josh (Lamb Rogan Josh); Murgh Dhanivall Korma (Creamy Chicken Curry), as well as Palak Paneer (Cottage Cheese Spinach Curry). Each of the curry have a very distinct flavors and as for me I love the Creamy Chicken Curry the most as the chicken meat is very smooth and tender. Once I grab a bite of the chicken, I am sure it is for me and I am totally falling in love with it.
