A Buffet Experience Like No Other: The Mill Café Unveils ‘TMC Buffet Plus’ at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur

Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur invites discerning diners on an indulgent culinary journey with the debut of its exciting new offering — TMC Buffet Plus — available every Thursday to Saturday throughout May and June 2025 at The Mill Café.

Known for its modern dining ambiance and open show kitchens, The Mill Café sets the stage for a gastronomic experience where food meets theatre. The TMC Buffet Plus offers more than just a meal — it’s a vibrant, sensory feast featuring live cooking, interactive stations, and bold global flavours.

A Seafood Lover’s Paradise

Start your evening with a stunning display of seafood-on-ice, boasting slipper lobsters, clams, prawns, and New Zealand green mussels. Complementing these are appetisers such as watermelon with feta and mint, roasted sweet potatoes with chili-lime yoghurt, and cold soba noodles with seasoned jellyfish.

East Meets West on Every Plate

TMC Buffet Plus delivers on variety with a spread that spans Western favourites like Seabass A La Plancha with Vierge Sauce and Shepherd’s Pie, as well as Italian classics served hot from the pasta station with sauces like Carbonara and Truffle Cream.

Local delicacies are not forgotten. Highlights include Ayam Percik Kelantan, Nasi Tomato, and Teochew Braised Duck with Tofu. Meanwhile, the Indian station offers rich flavours with Lamb Rogan Josh, Tandoori Chicken, and Jeera Pulao Rice.


Culinary Theatre at Its Finest

One of the key attractions of the TMC Buffet Plus is The Mill Café’s LAB — an experimental space where food takes center stage. Diners can witness the making of the unique Truffle Mushroom Foam using nitrogen, or try Cryo-Poached Ice Cream, prepared on the spot with swirling mist and flair.

For meat lovers, the Sous-Vide Whole Ribeye is not to be missed — perfectly tender, served with black pepper, chimichurri, and cream mustard sauces.

Cooked-to-Order Excellence

For those seeking a personalized experience, the cooked-to-order grill section features Torched Wagyu with Teriyaki Sauce, Grilled Lamb Cutlets, Baked Oysters Three Ways, Grilled Tiger Prawns, and more. Every dish is served hot and tailored to taste.

A Sweet Ending

Dessert at TMC Buffet Plus is an event in itself. From lava cakes served à la minute to a wide carousel of mini confections, there’s something for everyone — including assorted macarons, pavlovas, chocolate squares, exotic fruit flan, and even ice kacang and a chocolate fountain.
