Luxuriant Luminescence: Award-Winning Lady Yi’s Tea House Presents Premium Mooncakes Encased in Elegant Jewellery Box

September 1, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who are looking for some mooncake, Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur proudly present their Luxuriant Luminescence for this upcoming Mid Autumn. This year, they had come up with the limited edition collection by the award-winning Lady Yi’s Tea House.

The four premium mooncakes encased in intricately-designed elegant gift boxes which is inspired by Abundance, a painting by renowned local artist Lisa Wong, true colour of Kuala Lumpur.

The beautiful box by Lisa’s painting pays homage to the generosity of the Chinese people during the joyous season. Prominently featured o the painting in a porcelain vase featuring the leaping Jade Rabbit- a noble and benevolent character from the Chinese folklore who lives on the moon with Chang-e, and is always seen preparing the elixir of life for the immortals. Surrounding the vase are numerous magnificent objects – amongst them a sliced mooncake – a delicacy that is always shared, never to be eaten alone. Abundance therefore is a visual and physical embodiment of what the Mid-Autumn festival is all about. As Luxuriant Luminescence means to yield abundantly in soft moonlight, Lisa’s work is the perfect artful illustration for the campaign.

And this year, Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown brings you with the intricately designed and multi-functional two versions of the elegant gift boxes in the Lady Yi’s signature jade colour are available to purchase this year which includes four traditionally baked mooncakes.

Maintaining the true tradition, Lady Yi’s Tea House offers four classic exquisite mooncake flavours – Lady Yi’s 11 Treasure Tea, White Lotus Seed with Single Egg Yolk, Red Bean and Green Tea which promise to delight in each bite. This is where the mooncake is carefully made and brings you with its high quality and blend perfectly together creating a harmonious experience for the taste buds.

And now, one can have them individually where they are priced at RM 33 + per piece, while the Abundance Box is priced at RM 118+ and the Luxuriant Jewellery Box will be at RM 158+.
