Being a big fans of Inside Scoop Ice Cream, their mooncake is a must for us especially for Mid Autumn Festival. As we know Mid Autumn is coming soon, Inside Scoop Ice Cream Mooncake is always our choice especially enjoying them with our kids.
This year, Inside Scoop as usual brings you 4 of their Ice Cream Mooncake for you to celebrate with your loved ones. There will be 4 mooncake choice which is the Oolong Tea Mooncake, Chocolate Orange Pop, Unicorn, and their signature Durian.
Oolong Tea Mooncake is this year’s collaboration with Purple Cane where the oolong tea mooncake is indeed refreshing and yet creamy. The Oolong Tea Ice Cream is made with the Purple Canes Wu Long Wang Tea and in yolk is made from Red Bean. It is beautifully molded onto an almond praline feullentine base.
As for the Orange Pop, it is one of the signatures here as the Dark Chocolate Ice Cream comes with the popping candy and with the Jam Yolk. It is indeed super delicious, especially the 70% Belgian dark chocolate together with the popping candy. And the mooncake sits on the milk chocolate crushed cone based.
The Durian Snow Skin is a good one too. It is always my favorite and this year, it is served with the chocolate ganache yolk.
Children’s favorites – Unicorn. The unicorn ice cream brings you a refreshing combination of both raspberry yogurt together with blue pea flower ice cream with raspberry yolk.
