Bonnisan Himalaya : A trusted brand for your Kids Health!

Do you have picky eater kids? As children grows, many of them become more picky in choosing their food such as less vegetables and more to the unhealthy food. Being a parents, we always wanted to give the best to our little one. And we had understand  and find out that Bonnisan Himalaya is indeed a great product to keep babies healthy and happy. 

Bonnisan offers relief from common digestive complaints, reduces colic, improves appetite, and support digestion, thereby promoting healthy growth. Bonnisan combats common GI disorders in infants and children, such as infantile colic, poor appetite, and others. It relieves smooth muscle spasms associated with colic, helps protects the GI mucosa, and expels gas from the GI tract.

For the ingredients, Bonnisan completes with three important ingredients which are Dill Oil, Cardamom (Ela) and Long Pepper. 

DILL OIL 


For those who are not aware Dill Oil is an essential oil which is extracted from the seeds or leaves/stems of the Dill Plant. It can be used with water to create dill water. Dill (Anethum graveolens) is an annual herb in the celery family Apiaceae. And, Dill is very norm in the used of cooking in European county especially cooking fish.

It is believed that Dill offers a wide benefit to health since many years ago. Dill is very low in calories, yet a surprisingly good source of several essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, manganese, and vitamin A.  They are also rich in Antioxidant which helps to protect cells against damage caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals. With the great benefits, Dill is also benefits in reduce blood sugar, reduce blooting, and many more.

As for the Cardamom in their recipe, it is well known within the locals by the name of “Buah Pelaga” which is usually used in cooking and making curry too. They are one of the herbs which is popular to use in cooking and they bring us wide benefits. 

CARDAMON 

Cardamon is one of the is a spice made from the seeds of several plants in the genera Elettaria and Amomum in the family Zingiberaceae. Both genera are native to the Indian subcontinent and Indonesia. They are recognized by their small seed pods: triangular in cross-section and spindle-shaped, with a thin, papery outer shell and small, black seeds; Elettaria pods are light green and smaller, while Amomum pods are larger and dark brown.

There are wide benefits of cardamon as they are full with antioxidant and Diuretic Properties May Lower Blood Pressure. They may also able to protect from Chronic Diseases as well as helping with Digestive Problems including Ulcers.

Cardamom also has antibacterial effects outside of the mouth and may treat infections. Research shows that cardamom extracts and essential oils have compounds that fight several common strains of bacteria. 

LONG PEPPER 

Long Pepper sometimes called Indian long pepper or pipli, is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. And the long pepper comes with the rich content of Vitamin C and K as well as Calsium which is good to help in getting the right diet. Traditionally used in treating common digestive ailments, it helps relieve abdominal pain. It is known to have digestive and carminative property and helps relieve colic.

CONSUMPTION

Bonnisan Himalaya comes in the bottle and they are syrup base which is good to be consume by kids everyday as early as 1 month old. 

Infant till 1 month old- half teaspoon, 3x  a day

1 month till 6 months old – 1 tea spoon , 3 x a day 

6 months till 3 years old – 2 tea spoon , 3x a day.
