TakeEatEasy Gastrocafe @Sunway Velocity

September 1, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

A cosy café spotted in Sunway Velocity where one can sit down and chilled out with friends. With the elegant setting, nice chairs simply comfortable, this  place is indeed a great place for relaxation and meals. And here I am to enjoy this awesome delicacies here.
What can you expect here?

Get almost everything where you can have delectable food ranging from Asian to Western, to coffee, desserts and many more.  All are priced affordably.
Mushroom Soup (RM18)
Nicely prepared, the soup comes fragrantly delicious ! The Truffle Mushroom soup comes with the golden puff pastry at the top is one of the signature here and yes it is deliciously done! I love the flavourful blend of taste of the mushroom soup topped with the truffle on top which comes simply aromatic and satisfying.
Big Breakfast (RM 29)
One of my favourites, The Big Breakfast and YES it is BIG! The big breakfast are served with farm fresh eggs omelette, chicken and cheese sausage, chicken toast, turkey toast, shrooms, baked beans, roasted cherry tomatoes, potato hash browns, mix greenies, mini croissant, wholemeal roll and crispy garlic toast. Generous portion and pretty huge. It can be shared among 2- 3 person. And I am in love with the egg omelettes as well as the sausages. Addictively delicious!
Softshell crab Burger (RM 32 )
Other than that, don’t miss out this Instagram friendly burger. Have the softshell crab burger where the bun is made from red velvet. And the softshell crab is being sandwiched with the lettuce, tomato, jalapeno cheese sauce. Sides with salad and fries. And whats nice is the softshell crab some crispy and juicy.
Fristo Misto Platter (RM 69)
A sharing platter to enjoy with friends and family. The platter comes generously huge where they comes with the geneorous portion of chicken sausage, whitebait fish, mini crabs, breaded shrimp, chicken cubes in parsley & butter sauce, sautéed eggplant in plancha sauce, crispy golden mushrooms, cajun fries, mix salad, cucumber crudités served with grilled lemon and comes with 3 different types of dip. The portion comes simply generous and for me I am addicted with the whitebait fish and mini crabs. Crispy and addictive!

Ocean Catch (RM 32)
Love how this pizza is done. The pizza comes with thin crust and yet completed with plentiful ingridients such as Crabmeat, Shrimp, Tuna, Smoked Salmon, Mushrooms, with garlic Capers over Alfredo Sauce. We enjoy them till the fullest and we don’t mind for a second serving.
Shibuya Toast (RM 18)
Try the Shibuya Toast which is one of the delights not to be missed here. Have this crispy toast bread which is served together with ice creams, strawberries, macarons on top. I love how it is done where every mouthful filled with the cold sensation from the ice cream and the hot sensation from the toast itself
Tropica
Asides from all the great food, you can also have the lovely drink in the light bulb. A variety choices of the healthy juices which is carefully selected and blend is available here.
