Sakana : Premium Halal Japanese Restaurant @ KLCC

November 15, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Sakana, a restaurant we’ve completely fallen in love with, offers an exceptional dining experience right in the heart of KLCC. From the moment you step in, the cozy ambiance and the freshness of each dish set the stage for a memorable meal. Sakana prides itself on sourcing the finest seafood directly from Japan, ensuring every dish captures authentic Japanese flavors with an emphasis on quality and freshness.

Scallop Skewer

One of the standout dishes is the Scallop Skewer. Imported straight from Japan, the scallops are grilled to perfection, creating a beautiful balance between a moist, tender texture and a slight char that brings out a subtle smokiness. Each bite is deliciously addictive, making this skewer a must-try.

Seaweed Ochazuke

For something comforting, the Seaweed Ochazuke is a delightful choice. This traditional Japanese porridge is aromatic and light, offering a soothing flavor profile that’s perfect for a warm, nourishing meal.

Uni

Its rich, creamy texture and subtle oceanic sweetness make it a delicacy that melts in your mouth, leaving an unforgettable impression. Perfectly fresh and exquisitely flavorful, the uni is truly a treat for any seafood lover, bringing the essence of Japanese culinary finesse straight to your plate.

Snow Crab Croquette

The Snow Crab Croquette is another highlight, with its crisp golden exterior and a soft, flavorful filling that melts in your mouth. The delicate flavor of snow crab shines through, making it a satisfying dish that’s both comforting and indulgent.

Homemade Warabi Mochi

To finish, the Homemade Warabi Mochi is simply a treat for the senses. Its soft, chewy texture and delicate sweetness make it a delightful way to end the meal—something you’ll find yourself savoring to the fullest.

Sakana’s dedication to quality ingredients and authentic flavors makes it a gem in KLCC, and each dish brings a taste of Japan right to the table. Whether you’re looking to enjoy fresh seafood or authentic Japanese comfort dishes, Sakana provides a dining experience you won’t want to miss.
