From 3rd January to 24th February 2024, guests are warmly welcomed to partake in the joyous festivities, sharing sumptuous feasts of authentic Cantonese delicacies and auspicious dishes.

Salmon Yee Sang

Embark on a vibrant culinary journey with Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara’s exquisite Salmon Skin Yee Sang. Perfectly prepared, the dish features crispy salmon skin artfully arranged to create an extravagant presentation. Elevating the experience, the Yee Sang is served with a unique strawberry sauce, adding a delightful twist and a burst of freshness to each bite.

Double-Boiled Chicken Soup

For aficionados of soup, the Double-Boiled Chicken Soup is a must-have. Meticulously prepared through hours of double boiling, the soup embodies rich and nourishing flavors. Each mouthful promises a delightful experience, with the soup’s sinfully good and addictive qualities leaving a lasting impression.


Honey-Glazed Oven-Baked Cod Fish

Giant Tiger Prawn with Chef’s Special Sauce

Savor the freshness of Giant Tiger Prawns at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, expertly prepared with the Chef’s Special Sauce. The prawns are perfectly cooked, allowing them to absorb the flavors of the chef’s unique sauce.
