Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner (December 24 2025)
This year’s Christmas buffet dinner proposes all what your need to spend the best evening, while having a lavish dinner. Be sure to find at your table, among other things, a Chinese cold platter, classic salmon gravlax with dill and citrus, fresh seafood, beef wellington served with potato gratin, root vegetable, black pepper sauce and Dijon mustard sauce. Enjoy duck confit with sautéed potatoes, red currant and juniper berries sauce, oven-baked green mussel jalapeño and tomato salsa. For both of our Buffet, have the pleasure to taste dishes from different cultures, such as Japanese corner (with gyoza), a Teppan theatre and braised trio mushroom with broccoli and tau kan, pad Thai, ayam masak merah and a western corner with charcoal-grilled seabass fillet with citrus butter sauce.

Christmas Eve Buffet High Tea (25 December 2025)
To celebrate Christmas day as it should be celebrated, delight yourself with your large choices of dishes, starting from the appetizer with creamy red cabbage coleslaw with apple, then create your own salad and add our dressing sauces. Fall for our green mussel, poached yabbies and poached tiger prawn, pasta prepared à la minute, tomato, cheese and beef lasagna, sautéed green and yellow zucchini with almond butter, pizzas and the quintessential Christmas dish, our roasted turkey served with Dijon mustard, cranberry sauce. Discover our dishes from all around Asia, with Thai fried rice with crab meat, Indian chicken vindaloo, Asian noodles and our teppan theatre and satay corner.
For both options, finish your meal on a sweet note, and relish our large range of desserts, with warm Christmas pudding with vanilla sauce, an assortment of colourful ginger breads, mini fruit tartlet, a chocolate fountain, fruits and for the kids, candies and an ice cream station!

Sing along with our Christmas carollers by our resident bands – Begema 5, Beat Culture and B’tru, as they play their most entertaining hits. Christmas wouldn’t be complete without a special meet-and-greet with Santa Claus, spreading joy and making the Christmas magic come alive once again!.
