RING IN THE NEW YEAR WITH GREAT BUFFETS

Spread the festive cheer this New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day with Melting Pot’s lavish buffets that is all about indulgence and celebration. Guests can indulge in a mouthwatering selection, featuring special live teppanyaki station, delicious meat carvings and grilled items.  

New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner (31 December 2025)
The buffet showcases a tantalizing array of seafood, premium roasts and wok-kissed Asian-inspired dishes like seafood on ice with oysters, black mussel, poached yabbies, tiger prawn, nipah crab, slow roasted whole prime rib with black pepper brown sauce and grilled vegetable, whole lamb leg with mushroom, asparagus, steamed whole seabass with black fungus, spring onion in supreme soya sauce, lamb briyani, Thai Pattaya fried rice and  Madras chicken curry.
To elevate the celebration, indulge in some Japanese maki, California roll, assorted sashimi – salmon, butter fish, tuna and octopus sashimi, pan seared chicken gyoza, Australian mini rib eye steak, jumbo cheese sausage, mushroom sausage and chicken tandoori. There are also western specialties such as mushroom risotto, pan-seared duck breast with orange butter sauce, baked salmon steak with garlic pesto sauce, moussaka (a classic Mediterranean layered casserole dish).
Make room for desserts and satisfy your sweet tooth at the chocolate foundation station, overflowing with an assortment of fruits, cookies and more. Not forgetting classics like chocolate bread butter pudding with warm chocolate sauce, cherry chocolate mousse cake, chestnut tartlets and more sweet temptations.

New Year’s Day Buffet High Tea (1 January 2026)

Ring in the new year with a grand celebration. Whether you are drawn to traditional roasts, contemporary tasting menus or lavish international buffets, we have some of the most indulgent high tea spread in town.
Start off with piping hot creamy parsnip soup, having it together with seafood tom yam soup, chicken pasta salad, mango prawn salad, Chinese four seasons platter, roasted salmon puff pastry served with creamy cheese sauce, Dijon mustard, salmon Wellington. Check out the  live teppan theatre where guests can choose fresh red snapper, salmon steak or prawns and have the Chefs grilled to perfection. 
The buffet menu also includes juicy chicken sliders, chicken and beef satay, veal strip pizza, spaghetti, Hungarian braised beef porkolt (Hungarian beef and onion stew), Thai fried rice with crabmeat, mee mamak, ayam masak merah, udang kelio, wok-fried flower crab salted egg and Penang style asam laksa. Guests are encouraged to book early, come and enjoy a good celebration right here at Melting Pot Café.
