April 30, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Hotel Istana’s renowned Ramadan spread is back! ‘Berbuka Puasa’ with loved ones is a must, even during MCO! If you can’t break Fast in Hotel Istana, we bring Hotel Istana to you.

Hotel Istana’s Executive Chef, Al Fitri Al Bakri and his culinary team have prepared 3 Ramadan Set Menus for you to choose from, priced at RM45.00 nett per set (for 2 persons) and for every additional set, you will just need to top up RM35.00 nett. All sets include Kurma and dessert.

Each set has a Hotel Istana’s specialty. The ‘Kambing Varural Berempah Kari’ in the Pakistani Beriani set is a dish not to be missed. For those who love our Salmon Fish Head Curry, then Nasi Kandar “Istana” set is your choice. For a truly traditional set, go for the Santapan Selera Kampung where ‘Ikan Bakar’ and ‘Ayam Goreng Rempah Berserai’ are part of the set.

Adding to the set menus, we also offer Istana’s famous Roasted Lamb and its condiments for only RM285.00 nett per box. This order would require 24 hours advance booking. Lastly, Ramadan feast is not complete without Rendang. For only RM30.00 nett per box, we have a few Rendang flavours for you to choose – Rendang Ayam Minang, Rendang Daging “Tok”, Rendang Kambing Kerisik and Rendang Kerang Daun Kunyit.
