There is a long-winded story from the owners, the pork patty and dishes was created back then by their ancestors and they had improved them from time to time. Finally, they open their very first outlet here in Ampang bringing you with their home-cooked dishes.

Being a Hakka, the Yap’s family bringing you with the varieties of Hakka Homecooked comfort dishes to the diners. And here, one can have a variety choice of dishes from the Pork Porridge, to Porklicious Noodles, Curry Mee and many more.
Pork Lard Rice / Noodles (from RM 7.80)
One of the must to try is of course their pork patty dishes. The Pork Patty dishes are just so good and every mouthful is perfectly done. According to the owners, the patty is freshly made daily and they need an hour to make the meat tender and juicy. And in here; you can have your meat patty comes with choice of Original, Mui Choi, Tong Choi, Salted Fish, Dried Squid and Dried Oyster. You can have them either with the choice of rice or noodles.
Not just that, grab your pork lard and have them unlimitedly where one can have the choices of pork lard from garlic, tomyam, ma lat, and curry.  And what’s more is the Pork Lard is freshly fried from the kitchen. Top as much as you want on your bowl of rice or noodles.
Curry Noodles (RM 8.30)
The Curry Noodles comes superbly delicious. The broth comes simply thick and creamy and serve together with the generous huge yong tau fu ingredients with it. The portion comes simply generous too where the bowl of curry mee can be shared if you are small eaters.
As for the snacks, they do have a variety to go for too. Have them in soup version or fried version.  The choices include fried wanton (5 pcs) (RM 6.50), Fried Stuffed Tau Pok (5 pcs) (RM 6.50) and the Fried Stuffed Foo Chok (3 pcs) (RM 6.50). Each of them is generously stuffed with the ingredients and then it is deep fried till perfection and crunchy.
If you are not a heavy eater, you can have their pork bun instead. The pork bun are packed with flavours and the fluffy mantao bun. For perfect indulgence, add in some chu yao char into it.  The bun comes complete good where you can have the moist and juicy meat but with the chef’s homemade sauce added into it, this comes superbly good.

Overall, for those who are a big fans of pork lard , this is a place to visit for sure.
