Renowned for its heritage-rich Malay cuisine, Cili Kampung announces its Ramadan 2026 dining experience, unveiling an exclusive Weekend Ramadan Buffet centred around its highly anticipated Kambing Golek. Running from 18 February to 19 March 2026, the offering promises a refined yet comforting celebration of traditional flavours, thoughtfully curated for families and communities gathering to break fast.

This year, Cili Kampung adopts a more focused approach, concentrating its grand Ramadan buffet service at a single premier location — Cili Kampung, Alamanda Shopping Centre, Putrajaya — ensuring consistent quality, attentive service and an inviting atmosphere throughout the holy month.

A Feast Rooted in Heritage

Designed as a tribute to the flavours many Malaysians grew up with, the Ramadan buffet presents an abundant spread of time-honoured kampung dishes prepared using traditional techniques and well-balanced spices.

The undisputed highlight of the weekend buffet is the Kambing Bakar Golek (Roasted Lamb Leg), served fresh from the Sajian Ramadan live station. Carefully marinated and slow-roasted, the lamb is tender, aromatic and deeply flavourful — a centrepiece worthy of the festive occasion.

Beyond the signature roast, diners can savour a wide array of comforting classics, including Nasi Minyak, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Ikan Tenggiri Sambal Rica Rica, Masak Lomak Beef (signature), Ikan Masin Cili Api, Sambal Sotong, Kambing Kuzi, Sayur Labu Masak Lemak Putih, and Terung Goreng Belacan (signature).

The experience begins with traditional appetisers and kuih such as Tauhu Begedil, Kerabu Perut Bersantan, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Ketupat Palas with Kuah Kacang, Acar Jelatah, and Cucur Jagung, before concluding with a delightful selection of sweets including Kek Pisang, Onde Onde, Talam Keladi, and Pulut Mangga.

Adding vibrancy to the buffet are several live cooking stations, where guests can enjoy freshly prepared Nyonya Kari Laksa, Mini Roti John, Satay, and Ayam Bakar with three signature sauces, filling the air with familiar Ramadan aromas.
