Bunga Emas @ The Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur: Fine Dining Malaysia Cuisine

July 26, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

It is always hard to find a nice Malay Fine Dining Cuisine in town and we found one which is located at The Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur. Located in the lovely hotel, Bunga Emas is indeed a restaurant which able to capture your needs either personal dining or for events.
With the capacity of 100 pax,  they are indeed an ideal venue for corporations and individuals looking to entertain and dine in the comfort of an exclusive Malay environment. Help yourself with the variety choices of delighting choices of food from Rendang, Udang masala, Pucuk Paku to name a few.

Chef Style Marinated on Pegaga and Ulam Raja Salad, Mango Sambal and Jamaican Plum Sauce.
Beautifully presented with a twist! The Thai Manga Salad that comes not too spicy and sides with the pluppy and juicy scallops at the side. The dish is simply impressive and I love the light spiciness that comes with it.
Malay Style Chicken Soup-with a combination of Malay spices and minced chicken.
Such a comfort soup to enjoy. The chicken soup is packed with flavours and it is simply a comfort soup to my tummy too. I am much enjoying the soup
Don’t miss out enjoying some mains here from meat, to seafood and many more. We have tasted few of the signatures
Udang Masala/Braised King Prawns in Cumin-Coriander Gravy.
Enjoy the udang masala where they are packed with flavours and the dish come simply flavourful. I love how it is done where every mouthful is perfect and the prawns are simply fresh as well.
Ayam Masak Lemak Nangka
This comes to my favourite as it is indeed well made. Drench the creamy base of sauce in your rice and enjoy them till the fullest. Love how this is done where chicken meat comes tender and juicy as well.
Rendang Daging
The Rendang Daging is impressively good and delicious as well. If you are a big fans of rendang go for this. The meat is well marinated and flavoured.
Pucuk Paku Goreng Cili
Nice and good. Addictively delicious and it brings u a spicy blend of taste. Nicely prepared!
And of course, never go home without trying their desserts. They served quite a nice and decent desserts. I am impressed with their desserts and everything is very good. Nicely done and prepared.
Warm Black Glutinous Rice with Coconut, Palm Sugar and Almond Flakes.
The Warm Black Glutinous Rice is nicely prepared where they brings you wih the light sweetness but not cloyingly sweet.
Overall, I am impressed with the food here. Traditional décor with the delicious Malay Cuisine with a touch of elegance in it. For more information, you may contact them  and have your booking there.
