The appetizing yee sang which is complete with generous portion of ingredients such as fig, dragon fruit, sesame, guava, mango, strawberry with generous portion of greenies with it. Something unique and special to go for and I am indeed in love with it. And now you can enjoy the yee sang available in both half and whole portions for dine in or take away from RM 68 onwards.

Braised Crab Meat with Pumpkin Puree
Enjoy the creamy soup where chef had used chunky crab meat in the soup itself. The soup comes simply appetizing and yet flavourful. The base is nice, soothing and not too overpowering with the pumpkin taste in it.

Steamed Dragon-Tiger Grouper with Shredded Mushroom and Red Dates
Enjoy the dragon tiger grouper which is served with the shredded mushroom and red dates with it. Chef had added the thinly shredded “zhen bi” ( Dried orange) in it making the dish some “zest” feel. This is one of my favourites to enjoy where I love how it is done and the fish “flaky” texture.

Wok Fried Tiger Prawns with Chef’s Signature Sauce
Deliciously done and this is divinely good. Chef had made the huge pulpy tiger prawns wok fried till perfection and the sauce is well infused into the prawn. Nicely presented and every mouthful gives you the bouncy texture too.

Fried Organic Brown Rice with Dried Scallops and Egg White
Hop to enjoy this awesomely delicious healthy dish. Using the premium organic brown rice, the rice is well fried till perfection with the dried scallops and egg white. The rice remains fluffy and fragrantly done!

Pan-Fried Three Layer Nian Gao
When it is served; I thought they are serving us “siewyok” but after second thought; we are wrong. The Pan Fried Three Layer Nian Gao is pretty and beautiful where it is made from the yam, nian gao, pumpkin, taro, and also coconut milk. Something unique!

Chilled Mango Puree with Sago and Pomelo
Don’t miss out the chilled mango puree with sago and pomelo where every sip of it is irresistible. Love the sweetness taste of it which is not from sugar but the sweetness of the mango itself is perfectly done!
