SNOW SKIN MOONCAKE @ LUK YU TEA HOUSE

In conjunction with the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, Luk Yu Tea House at Starhill Gallery is offering an array of delicious snow skin mooncakes. From durian flavour, a Malaysian favourite, to other popular flavours such as the traditional lotus paste with salted egg yolk, and tiramisu with a dash of alcohol, these mooncakes are made using the finest and freshest ingredients to ensure the highest quality. Each piece retails at RM10 and a box of six is at RM50. Best enjoyed when chilled, one can enjoy these mooncakes while sipping tea at Luk Yu Tea House, or purchase a box of six pieces to be gifted to their loved ones.

Price: RM10 per piece, RM50 per box of six pieces

Flavours:
Charcoal Crystal Mooncake with Premium White Lotus and Salted Egg Yolk
Encased in a snow-dusted black charcoal snow skin, this starlet boasts of the old-time favourite – traditional white lotus paste with a whole salted egg yolk.

Coffee Snow Skin Mooncake with Tiramisu (contains alcohol)
The light coffee scent on this snow skin gives a preview of what is to come. The espresso used blends well with the additional alcohol, giving this tiramisu filling a subtle I-can’t-put-my-finger-on-it quality.

Chilled Pandan Snow Skin Mooncake with Aromatic Durian Purée
Reflecting a true Malaysian delight, the pastel green snow skin is made with pure pandan extract, encasing a thick and creamy King of All Fruits purée.

Chilled Osmanthus Snow Skin Mooncake with Pumpkin and Almond Bits
The floral fragrance from the osmanthus snow skin envelopes a sweet pumpkin paste. Chewy and dense, each bite is further enhanced with crunchy almond bits.

Chilled Show Skin Mooncake with Mango Purée
With skin as pure as snow, this crystal mooncake is cooling to both sight and taste. This chilled tropical delight promises to be a refreshing treat on a sunny afternoon.

Orange Snow Skin Mooncake with Premium Chocolate Filling and Orange Juliennes
Hints of citrus accompany the rich and decadent chocolate filling, making it a tasty and fragrant orange snow skin mooncake.

These mooncakes are available for purchase at Luk Yu Tea House, Starhill Gallery.
