Xiang by Nicsmann @ 1 Utama

May 22, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

Xiang By Nicsmann, located in 1 Utama, is a restaurant that specializes in serving delicious Hunan cuisine, also known as Xiang Cai. The restaurant is situated in the New Wing of 1 Utama, right across from H&M, making it easily noticeable and accessible.

One of the highlights of Xiang By Nicsmann is its wide variety of authentic Hunan Delicacies. Whether you’re a fan of spicy, flavorful dishes or you simply enjoy exploring new culinary experiences, their menu is sure to offer something to suit your taste buds. From traditional Hunan dishes to modern interpretations, you’ll find a range of options to choose from.

Xiang’s Chinese Sauerkraut Haruan Fish Fillet

One of the must to have here is of course the Xiang Cai.  The Xiang’s Chinese Sauerkraut Haruan Fish Fillet at Xiang By Nicsmann sounds like a must-try dish. The tender and flaky texture of the fish fillet, combined with the deliciously sour and addictive Chinese sauerkraut, creates a flavorful and satisfying culinary experience.

The combination of the sour notes from the sauerkraut and the delicate flavors of the fish fillet is likely to create a well-balanced and unique taste. The dish seems to offer a blend of textures and flavors that would surely please your palate.

Xiang’s Chong Qing Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken

For those seeking a spicy kick, don’t miss out on the Xiang’s Chong Qing Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken. The well-marinated chicken cubes are stir-fried with dried chilies and peppercorns, creating a fiery and aromatic dish. To enhance its appeal, we hope they can add in some crunchy peanuts and more garlic would elevate the overall experience.

Dry Pot Tofu

The Dry Pot Tofu at Xiang By Nicsmann is a favorite among kids. This delectable dish features expertly prepared tofu that is sure to satisfy their taste buds. The tofu in the Dry Pot Tofu is wonderfully cooked and seasoned, making it a delightful addition to their favorite dishes. The flavors are carefully crafted to appeal to young palates, ensuring a delicious and enjoyable experience.

Si Chuan Hot & Spicy Boiled Beef Fillet

The Si Chuan Hot & Spicy Boiled Beef Fillet offers a tantalizing mix of flavors that includes a burst of numbing sensation and spicy heat. This signature dish showcases the bold and distinct characteristics of Sichuan cuisine, known for its fiery and numbing spice.

The beef fillet, expertly boiled and seasoned, absorbs the rich flavors of the spices and creates a mouthwatering dish that is sure to leave a lasting impression. The bursting numbness and spiciness of the dish will keep you coming back for more.

Hunan Style Lamb Skewer

This skewer features tender and succulent lamb meat seasoned with Hunan-style spices and grilled to perfection. Each bite is a burst of bold and spicy flavors that will keep you coming back for more. The combination of tender lamb and aromatic spices creates a mouthwatering experience that is truly addictive.

Overall the food here is amazingly good. We love the way it is well presented and they are awesomely delicious and a must to try.
