Crispy Fish Skin + Pacific Clams Traditional Yee Sang (RM178).

Welcome the year with Oriental Group’s Yee Sang where we had their Crispy Fish Skin + Pacific Clams Traditional Yee Sang (RM178). The yee sang comes awesomely delicious where they are served with the vibrant ingridients and each bites is so good and wonderful. Freshly made ingridients and the fish skin is freshly fried which makes it to our favourite.

Asides from this, they Yee Sang comes with a thoughtful variant of Traditional Yee Sang and Modern Vegetables Yee Sang, with eight different ingredients to pair, such as golden crispy enoki mushroom, silverfish, crispy fish skin, salmon, soft shell crab, salmon & anchovies, salmon & prawns, and grilled Iberico pork neck. Delight your tastebuds with the refreshing homemade plum sauce from their  exclusive Oriental Group’s secret recipe, which emphasised the freshness of the ingredients and perfect as an ideal start to a Chinese New Year meal. This auspicious reunion classic is available as ala carte dish or part of  their Gourmet Celebration sets.
