There’s a Hot Pot Restaurant is one of the hidden jewel. Located between Kuchai Lama and Sri Petaling, the restaurant brings you with the cosy ambiance and also good service as well.

Not just that, There’s a Hot Pot Restaurant is also  well known for being healthy where all their ingredients does not add additional MSG. And they are one of the first bringing you with unique broth such as the Cantonese Style Lamb Stew With Bean Curd, Chinese Yellow Wine Chicken, and North Thailand White Tomyam.

Lamb Stew Soup
The Lamb Stew Soup is, of course, the highlight. The Lamb Stew is served together with the white fermented bean curd and carrot which is perfectly good to warm up your heart and tummy. The mutton is well known for keeping one body warm. And this classic soup is indeed delicious with no gammy taste with it. Not just the soup taste good but they are good in regulating the spleen and stomach which is good to adjust vitality and nourish the blood, lower the blood pressure and also to increase the leukocyte in the circulatory system.

Amber Beautifying Soup
Another must-have is the Amber Beautifying Soup where the soup is beautifully brewed with the specially chosen hen with the sea YuZhu for 8 hours. Once the soup is perfectly cooked, you can then add in the peach resin collagen to make this wonderful pot of soup. This soup helps in replenish the vital essence as well as removing eat and it also helps to supplement Qi and blood circulation. If you are looking for a youthful and able to lower cholesterol, you would definitely love this.

Aside from their two best seller hot pot broth, one can also go for their North Thailand White Tomyam Soup, Fragrant Tomato Soup, Sichuan Spicy Soup, Flambe Herbal Clam Soup, Shan Yao Fish Bone Soup, Drinken Chicken Soup and the Japanese Style Salmon Miso Soup.

One can have the steamboat served together with their various choices of ingredients. One can have them in a set or even ala-carte. Some of must-try is their signatures includes the pork ball with dried squid (RM 8.90), Homemade Spicy Pork Ball (RM 9.90) Darth Badder Cuttle Fish Ball with Cheese (RM 14.90) to name a few.  They are freshly made upon order ensuring quality balls for their customers.

Asides from that, they do have interesting homemade balls which are really good and delicious. Some of our favourites includes the Cuttlefish Ball with Tobikko (RM 12.90), Cuttlefish Ball with Otak (RM 12.90), Cuttlefish Ball with Carbon Powder and Fried Garlic (RM 12.90), Japanese Mini Octopus Ball (RM 14.90), Shrimp Ball With Salted Egg (RM 13.90) , Shrimp Ball with Celery (RM 12.90), Chicken Ball with Mushroom (RM 8.90) and the Black Pepper Smoked Duck Meat Ball (RM 11.90).

Not forgetting, you can also order the fresh meat as well to go with this awesome broth. You can order their freshly-sliced meat where they have choices of pork belly, smoked pork belly, pork neck and also the golden coin meat.  They do serve Lamb Whole Leg Slice (RM 9.90), Rib Eye (New Zealand )( RM 10.90) and many more. While waiting for your soup is boiling, you can order some light bites to go along too. We ordered the Fried Crispy Fish Skin with Salted Egg (RM 10.90) which comes perfectly good. The crispy fish skin is well coated with the salted egg comes simply aromatic.

The fried Crispy Chiba Tofu (RM 4.90) and the Crispy Fried Beancurd (RM 6.90) is another must-try too here. Deliciously done.

As for drinks, they offer quite a wide choice too. Don’t miss out some of their unique offerings such as the Chilled Peach Resin with Lemon, Passion Fruit Black Tea, Butterfly Pea Passion Fruit and many more.

Overall, I am in love with their unique broth especially the two we ordered. Ingredients wise, they are very fresh and they are worth the money.
