Auspicious Lunar New Year Feast at Dynasty Restaurant, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur

Dynasty Restaurant  in Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur welcomes your Lunar New Year Feast with the Cantonese Festive Menu from 2 February 2018 – 2 March 2018.  And this time Chef Kok  Chee Kin will be crafting  the Chinese New Year menu with loads of varieties for you to choose from.

Starts your Lunar New Year celebration with the “Yee Sang”. Toss the properity and good health here with Dynasty’s signature where you will be enjoying the yee sang with the crunchy vegetables, with crackers and condiments with it. The Yee Sang here comes with three (3) choices where the Deluxe Yee Sang (RM 118 for ½ portion / RM 228 for 1 portion) are served with the Salmon, Fruity Fiesta and Jellyfish. From the Premium Yee Sang selection (RM 188 for ½ portion / RM 368 for 1 portion), there is a choice of sea cucumber, abalone and pseudo shark’s fin, Abalone, jellyfish, scallop, salmon & lobster and Mini abalone.

Moving next we enjoyed the Braised Five Treasure Soup with Crab Meat and Sliced Abalone. The hearty bowl of soup with generous portion of crab meat, sliced abalone and enoki mushrooms. The bowl of soup comes simply warm and delicious.

Crispy Almond Chicken

Enjoy this lovely almond chicken where they are perfectly good where they  brings you with the crispy by at the top while inside  remains the smooth, and juicy tender texture. Nicely prepared.

 

Steamed Live Sea Grouper with Sliced Ginger and Chili
Love how the sea grouper is done. They are perfectly steam till perfection with their special soya sauce. Then it is topped with sliced ginger, chili, scallions and cilantro leaves. It brings you with the light spiciness in it and very appetising. The fish remains its freshness and the texture is flaky as well.
 
 
Sauteed Golden Prawns with Pumpkin Cream

For those who love prawns, this is a MUST to have. Enjoy the fresh flaky prawns which is well coated with the rich and creamy pumpkin sauce. The taste is simply rich!



Sun-dried Oyster, Fatt Choy, Flower Mushrooms & Vegetables
You can also enjoy this awesomelicious Chinese delicacies where you can have the fatt choy served together with the sun-dried oyster, flower mushroom and broccoli.

 

Supreme Seafood Golden Fried Rice with X.O. Sauce

Ends your meal with the supreme seafood golden fried rice with XO Sauce. Have the fried rice with the light spiciness and yet appetizing.

 

Dynasty’s Fortune Pastries

Ends our meals with the Nian Gao where these nian gao is being served in two ways where one is fried and another is steam. I love this so much especially topped with the grated coconuts one.

Another is the Double Boiled Sweetened Chrysanthemum Tea with Pear, Red Date & Aloe Vera makes a perfect ending to our dinner where we are pampered with the light and soothing desserts.

Starting from RM1,788 for a table of 10, one can enjoy the delicious light and fresh flavours healthy feasting created by Chef Kin. And in here Dynasty Restaurant offers you with three (3) Festive Set which is the Happiness at RM1788nett, Fortune at RM2188nett and Longevity at RM3388nett per table of ten(10) persons.

Asides from the set dinner, one can also order the Prosperity Treasure pot for 5 person (RM 488 or RM 528 for takeaway) and the Golden Prosperity Treasure Pot (RM 988 or RM 1,038 for takeaway).  And this round we had the Prosperity Treasure Pot where they are complete with the whole dried scallop, fish maw, stuffed dried oyster, fresh scallop, flower mushroom, fu kwei abalone, farm chicken, roasted duck, money bag, sea cucumber, vegetarian roasted meat, tiger prawns, vegetables, fish stomach, coral clam, and also the fungi mushroom.
