Anchor Food Professionals Launches The Quintessential Travel Cake

Celebrations over celebrations, and  this year we will have 3 upcoming celebrations back to back from the Christmas, to Chinese New Year and even Valentine. Being  in the markets for many years, Anchor releases their new series of products – The Anchor Travel Cake series where the quintessential butter loaf cakes ae made using the Anchor Tinne d Butter with the inspiration by France’s “gateaux de voyage” which the cakes are deliciously done with the high quality butter that brought on a journey from one place to another by the travellers.

Comes with 3 variants of the Anchor Travel Cake, the cakes will be launched in 15 selected bakeries nationwide with over 57 outlets starting from 1st December 2016 where consumer can look forward to enjoy the decadent Chocolate Prine Travel Cake – a mixture of pitted prune, appricots and dark chocolate chunks encased in a moist chocolate butter cake. They also have the Earl Grey Apricot Travel Cake where the early grey tea is infused apricot in the fragrant earl grey green tea butter cake and Orange Cranberry Travel Cake which completes with the plump and juicy cranberries soaked in orange juice in a buttery orange scented cake.

And for this,the travel cake is created by the Anchor Food Professionals Pastry Chefs using their Anchor Tinned Butter which is ideal for travel cake as they made from the pure and natural dairy products from the grass-ed cows in New Zealand. With this, you are esuded that, the products that are being used are premium butter and pure ones that will definitely provide you with the soft and smooth texture.

And now you can enjoy them anytime on your own wit a cuppa  coffee or tea. Not just that, you can get creative with your cakes where enjoy them and served them in cakes pops, simply sliced and served with ice cream.

The Anchor Travel Cake will be available in over 57 outlets of these bakeries such as RT Pastry House, Boite a Bijoux, Thyme Bakery and Trendy Bakery in Klang Valley, Kek Sayang in Kedah, Savour @ Bread History in Penang, the Baker’s Cottage, The Baker’s Hut, Born & Bread and Happy Angel’s Cake in Perak, Seremban Toast House in Negeri Sembilan, Baker’s Ville in Johor; Walnut Bakery in Sabah, and Taka Cake House, MA Baker and Farley Bakery in Sarawak. Anchor Travel Cakes will be vary in the presentation  size and packaging based on each bakery unique customer preference.

 As part of the campaign, Anchor Food Professionals will be giving away a set of the designer desserts spoons with every purchase of two travel cakes during its availability at the partner bakeries from 1 December 2016 to 31 January 2017.
