Onn Kee Ipoh Chicken Rice
Not enough, you can go for a tea break at Onn Kee Ipoh Chicken Rice too. They have Lou Wong at the opposite site but is your call either Oon Kee or Lou Wong but my call is of course Oon Kee for their silky steam chicken and also the bouncy pork balls.

Guan Heong Biscuit Shop
If you are along that street, you can also buy some pomelos home too. And  also there get some takeaway on biscuits, you can get them from biscuits,  where they have good choices of salted egg with meat floss biscuit, meat floss biscuit, dried pork biscuit. and if you are lucky they have nice porky mooncakes available too.

Maria Steakhouse
Opening in the evening, many says you can visit the first Maria Steakhouse in Ipoh for a good steak but I haven’t been the one in Ipoh yet. I only been the one in Bangsar. So, is up to you if you love to get some steaks for your dinner.

Tuck Kee CoffeeShop 
I had mine at Tuck Kee Coffeeshop. Ordered their noodles, and also their famous steamed cuttlefish and fried noodles. Love that so much.

Tong Sui Kai (Stall 41)
Enjoy your latenight supper, or even a cooling desserts at Tong Sui Kai. Help your self with a variety of icy dessert than Mango Dessert, Hawaii Desserts and more. You can also grab some local bites there!

BONUS: Chang Jiang White Coffee
Oh ya, before you leave, consider visit Pasir Pinji for a good coffee.  Chang Jiang White Coffee is indeed worth to visit with their silky creamy coffee full of aroma. Indeed will wake you up and have a great drive back home.

For those who love café hopping, they are more and more café are blooming but perhaps that’s our next few trips in Ipoh to do some café hopping. We will love to hop again to Ipoh for more good food. So, for those staying a night Ipoh, there are many hotels available now in Ipoh from budget, big hotels and also apartment stay. We had our stayed before in Lost World of Tambun and The Haven. The next day, if you are driving back to KL , you can try to use the trunk road and stop buy to Teluk Intan for food hunt too. Here are some of the BEST of Teluk Intan for you to go for.

Enjoy your trip in Ipoh and more suggestion, where to eat, let us know and we can add in to our makan place when we are in Ipoh. Oh ya, you can also get some ta pau back where Ipoh is famous for their salted chicken as well.
