Celebrating the Ramadhan this year, Ancasa Hotel and Spa brings you with their wide spread of buffet with the theme of “Nostalgia 60-an” which is definite to enhance your taste buds till the fullest

Starts your meal off with their nostalgic temptations form their appetizer selection that included the ubi kayu rebus, tauhu sum at, ulam ulaman, urap sayur and more. The delicious scrumptious ulam- ulaman is perfectly something good to start off after the whole day of fasting.

Enjoy their specialty delights also included the variety of rice choices like the nasi Kansah, nasi kerabu,nasi hujan pandas, serunding ayam and more . The Nasi Kerabu is indeed one of the signature with the complete fragrant taste and well paired with the sambal.

Topped your rice with those appetizing mains where they have the sambal udang petai, daging opor, lemak ketam nanas,ayam tandoori, rendang itik and more. The local olden days cusine is worth to go for especially the sambal udang petai and the ayam tandoori.

Their soup selection are varies too. Sip and enjoy the Malay style soup which comes with the aromatic herbs and flavourful taste. The soup tulang rawan and sup kambing are some of the must try.

Live station includes apam balik, aneka mee where they have Asam laksa, Mee Udang taiping, sup utara, Yong Tau Fu and more. The asam laksa surprisingly was good and I love it so much. I don’t mind enjoying the slurpilcious laksa with the blend of aromatic taste.

Don’t miss out the appetizing delights with the variety choices of skewers and also the sharwarma pita bread, chicken skewers, satay and more.

You will never leave your main without trying the kambing golem, nasi mandi and ayam golem. The tender and moist chicken is something worth to try for.

Ends your meal of course with the variety of local kuih and even international desserts like tiramisu, petite of cakes and also fruits .
