SANTAPAN WARISAN MELAYU BUFFET DINNER @ LA BRASSERIE, RAMADA PLAZA KUALA LUMPUR

Gather your family members friends, and business associate for a hearty buka puasa  this holy month at Ramada Plaza Kuala Lumpur.In La Brasserie,  Ramada Plaza had welcome you with their special menu of exceptional Malay Cuisine to close your evening during the holy month.

Start of your meal with the salads varieties where they comes with wide variety from the salad belimbing and tang hoon, beef salad thai style , salad ikan bilis dan daging, tauhu bakar sumbat dengan kuah kacang, gado gado dengan kuah kacang, serunding ayam and more.

As for their Kerabu variety, you may enjoy the awesomely good kerabu which is rotated daily. Starts of the appetizing kerabu which is definite for those who like some spicy delights. Don’t miss out some of their lovely kerabus like the acar limau, kerabu pucuk paku, kerabu ikan masin, acar ikan masin and more. They also filled  your meals with loads of ulaman to accompany with your meals together with some pipping hot and spicy sambal.

 

Moving to the mains, enjoy their variety buffet spread  from the must have sup ekor berempah, cream of broccoli soup and more. They have also their famous nasi minyak together with bubur lambuk ayam, daging rendang tok, kari kambing berkentang, sotong cili kering, gulai lemak nangka ala padang and more.

They also have a variety of stall to fill up your tummy with all of the good-licious food. You can also enjoy the flavour soup as well. Not just that, get the murtabak ayam and murtabak daging, shawarma, noodle station which brings you laksa penang and mee kari.

Love more grilled items, don’t miss out their sotong bakar, pari bakar, satay ayam and daging too.

And a MUST to go for is of course the Whole Lamb where you can topped with the Black Pepper Sauce, Rosemary Sauce and Mint Sauce. A must to enjoy! They do have fritter stations where you can enjoy those banana fritters, sweet potato, cempedak, keropok lekor and more.

After a filling meal why not ends them with those lovely desserts such as kuih seri muka, talam ubi, puteri mandi, pulut panggang, kasui, dodol kelapa, kek sarang semut, agar agar chendol, kek pisang kukus, pengat pisang, bread and butter pudding a, assorted ice cream potong to name a few.

End your meal with 4 types cold beverages where soy bean, sirap bandung, sirap limau and more. They also served you with hot tea and nescafe.

The Buka Puasa buffet will be starting from 10th June 2016 till 03 July 2016 and prices as below
RM 100 nett per Adult
RM 75 nett per Senior Citizen
RM 50 nett per children
