SIGNATURE MENU @ GRAND HARBOUR RESTAURANT, FARENHEIT 88

September 8, 2015 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

Grand Harbour Restaurant serves you with the fine Cantonese gourmet delicacies which infused with the local flavours and spices. Amid the contemporary design and the beautiful setup of the restaurant, you may enjoy a remarkably extensive menu featuring the authentic and local Cantonese dishes which cater for all palates.
GRAND HARBOUR 2015
With the modern touch to the Chinese dishest, rest assured on all their signature dishes where we started off with the Double Steamed “Tian Ma” Fish Head Herbal Soup(RM 16/bowl0 . The soup comes simply good with the aromatic flavours.

GRAND HARBOUR 2015
One of the signature here is of course the Fried Glutinous Rice with Crab. Served in rather huge ‘basket’, the Fried Glutinous Rice with Crab served by Grand Harbour is simply tempting. I love the way the glutinous rice is served and ever where it is not too sticky and the ingridients are a lot in it too
GRAND HARBOUR 2015
For those who love to have some meaty claypot sensation, try their Stewed Kampung Chicken with Chinese Wine (RM 33.80 for half/ RM 65.80 for full). The delicious tender Kampung Chicken is well cooked till perfection, leaving the moist aromatic blend in it. And not just that, the hint of wine is just awesome.
GRAND HARBOUR 2015
For some who love to have some vege, I found this indeed special which is the Stir ried Sour, Sweet, Bitter and Spicy (S: RM 18.50/ L: RM 31.80) . The combination of bittergourd which bring the bitter taste to the dish combined with the canned cabbage, pickles and pepper. The simple fried dish that combine all of those brings you with the robust flavours.
GRAND HARBOUR 2015
Don’t miss their signature Barbecue Triple Combo (RM 34(S) / RM 55(L)) where it comes with the siew yok, char siew and also duck with it. The delights comes awesomely good especially the siew yok which is having the cracking good skin at the top with the juicy moist meat.

Don’t miss their Shrimp Wanton Noodles (RM 14.80). Imported all the way from Hong Kong, the noodles comes simply good with the springy noodles. It is really a good one to go for.
GRAND HARBOUR 2015
It would be nice to end your meals with some desserts. The Chilled Coconut pudding (RM 13.80) comes with the fragrant aromatic blend of coconut in it.

GRAND HARBOUR 2015

And another is the Chilled mango sago with pomelo (RM 9.80). The creamy blend of mango sago compliments well with the sago.

It is indeed a nice place to enjoy your meal here where each item is carefully crafted by the chef. For those who prefer a more traditional dining with family, Grand Harbour is definitely a great place to visit.
