UNIQUE BURGER PROMOTION AT SIGI’S BAR AND GRILL, GOLDEN SANDS RESORT, PENANG

Sigi’s Bar and Grill at Golden Sands Resort Penang presents unique, gourmet burgers from now until end of August, 2015.

The gourmet style burgers have an international flavour and include Lamb Kofta Classic,Egg and Cheese, Charcoal Burger, Chicken Cajun Delight and Big Wave Fish Burger.There are also burgers with a durian flavoured cheese filling.

The Lamb Kofta Classic comes with garnishing of onion dices, diced tomato and Middle Eastern crushed foul medammas bean with a sesame seed bun and served with French fries and a lemon wedge.

The Egg and Cheese burger consists of a fried egg, cheese, lettuce,tomatoes and French fries. The dark and handsome charcoal bread burger is a toasted charcoal bun with beef patty, French cornichon, sliced cheese, tomato slices, crisp lettuce, garlic aioli, smoked barbecue sauce, tomato ketchup and is served with a side of nacho chips.

The Chicken Cajun Delight is a grilled chicken breast seasoned with Cajun spices, lettuce, tomato slices, tomato sauce, garlic aioli, cheese and French fries.

For seafood lovers, there is the Big Wave Fish Burger with a fish fillet in a crispy fried batter, julienne of lettuce, tomato slices, coleslaw and tartar sauce which is served wide a side of French
Fries and a lemon wedge.

In conjunction with the famous Penang durian season, the star burger for August is Durian
Cheese Chicken Burger. Fresh durians are cooked into savoury custard before they are
added to cheese in order to have a balanced cheese melt that has just the right tinge of durian and cheese in a chicken burger. The beef burgers are served with toasted charcoal
buns and condiments of lettuce, tomato slices and a side of nacho chips

The international gourmet burgers price ranges are from RM 30 nett to RM 42 nett. The Durian Cheese Chicken Burger is RM 45 nett while the Charcoal Bread Beef Burger is RM 50 nett. For reservations at Sigi’s Bar and Grill, please call 04-886 1852 or 04-8811 911.
