Hosted at Tonka Bean Café, the 2026 edition promises a more indulgent experience than ever, featuring over 350 dishes inspired by local and regional flavours. Designed to celebrate togetherness and the joy of breaking fast, the buffet brings together familiar favourites and deeply comforting dishes prepared with generous spices and time-honoured techniques.
At the heart of the spread are signature slow-cooked specialties that anchor the experience. Highlights include the aromatic Nasi Briyani Gam Kambing, tender Kurma Betis Kambing Palembang, boldly spiced Ketam Bunga Goreng Masala, and the much-loved Kari Kepala Ikan Merah Palembang, simmered until rich and fragrant.
