– The Brooth-

The Hakata Tsukemen (RM 26.00) which is the Japanese dipping style noodles were basically cold noodles which is being dipped into their bowl of flavorful signature pork broth with bonito. To enjoy them at the correct way, do not pour the soup into the noodles but dipped them each mouthful into the pipping hot soup and slurps into the mouth. With this, you can have a flavourful blend of noodle which is just right at its flavours. Not too salty. The hearty bowl of tsukemen is served together with the onsen egg and also chashu. The ramen equivalent of soba noodles in which the noodles are served separate from the broth give us a unique blend. Nice one! After enjoying the noodles, you can have your soup enjoy with adding on of the plain pork soup in it.
Besides ramen, we also had some sushis as well. We are served with 3 types of sushi which are the Spicy Tuna Roll, Unagi Cheese Roll, and Salmon Avocado Bacon Roll. Each of the sushi give us a diferent blend. The spicy tuna roe is where the tuna roll and glazed with black roe by the sides of the sushi is being served with tuna together who the spicy mayo. The spicy mayo brought out the overall flavor with the kick of spiciness with the hint of wasabi.
As for the Unagi Cheese roll is is well served with the homemade cheese mayo on top and also the unagi roll within. Wrapped around with the sesame seeds. The unagi comes gresh and each mouthful comes with the creamy blend of cheese in it.
As for the salmon avocado Bacon roll; it came with the fresh salmon together with avocado and bacon bits. With the twist of fusion; the delights comes pretty unique and the addon on avacodo on the sushi brings some creamy blend to it.
We ended with the two chocies of quenchy-licious drink which is the Kiwi flavoured and the Strawberry flavoured drink.
Overall, it was a great meal here for their delicious Hakata Tsukemen and sushis. Do drop by their branch in Pavilion KL the next time you’re over at Pavilion KL doing some shopping and want to have some ramen and Japanese dishes.
