EDITOR PICKS: TOP 10 RAMADHAN BUFFET IN KLANG VALLEY

In the holy month of July; it is time for feasting and we have got the opportunity to heads for great food and buffet for the buka puasa. Feasting with friends and family is indeed enjoyable and fun. Here comes my favorite 10 places to go for – 2014 Buka Puasa Delights. Here comes the TOP 10 Ramadhan Buffet for 2014 by Malaysianfoodie.com

1.  Sheraton Imperial KL

Essence  Restaurant is Sheraton Imperial brings you over 150 mouth watering delights that you can amazed with. They have lots of stalls and counter which comes impressive to me and I love the grilled corner which you are sure to have all the lovely well grilled delights at anytime. More impressive to me is their delicious and appetizing kuih muih as well as the western desserts. The fried rice comes awesome to my favorite with their fresh and quality ingridients.

The buffet is priced at RM118.00++ per person.

2.  Impianna KLCC

Impianna KLCC brings me great highlights where they comes with the huge fascinating ramadhan buffet which is not to be missed. One of their highlights will be they are serving Baskin Robbins ice cream which made it something unusual. But; what I love about Tonka Beans which served a good variety of dishes; they have free flow of coconut water, local fruits, and most of all Durian. Not those kampung durian; but they come with the D24 durian which makes a thumb up for their buffet spread.

Price at RM 118++ per person for the period of 29th June 2014 till 27 July 2014 while children at the age of six till 12 years old are charged at RM 59++ per person.

3.  Le Meridien

Le Meridien comes well with all the lovely buffet delights which is not to be missed. With the huge variety of choices; what is worth to go for in Le Meridien includes their teppanyaki counter, ulam-ulaman counter which is all deliciously done. The buffet choices are pretty good selection and I love their local desserts too. It is worth to go for it.

Priced at RM 138++ per person ( from Monday to Friday) ; RM 128++ per person ( on Saturday & Sunday). Children between 4 and 12 years old are entitled a 50% discount. A discount of 50% is applicable for senior citizens on Saturday and Sunday only. SPG members will receive a 20% off total food bill.

4. Incolonial

Though Incolonial in just a restaurant among all the choices we had; but Incolonial food comes impressive to me. Selection is not much compared to many hotels but their selection is pretty impressive and good. The choices maybe not much but they have the quality remains and some of my favorite selection includes their prawns, beef, and lamb.

Priced at RM88.00++ per adult/RM48.00++ per child. For those who are keen to get a discount, you can also purchase the buffet voucher in advance for just RM70.00 nett!

5. Westin KL 

Westin KL comes with a variety of great temptations for the buka puasa buffet. With the variety choices of dishes to look for; they have satay celup (lok lok with satay sauce ) which is one of my favorites. The variety comes awesome with the extensive variety of gulai kawah. Not to forget; their desserts corner that comes awesome. Myriad colors of fruits, tarts, cakes, kuih muih, popcorn and ice cream is something to look for in Westin KL Ramadhan Delights.

•RM128++ per adult and RM64++ per child from 7th July to 25th July.

6. PJ Hilton

PJ Hilton impressively awesome this year with a huge variety of food where they have a huge selection of stalls to go for. Highlights includes their satay, desserts, Nasi Kandar counter as well as the desserts counter. Not to forget is their durian selection as well. With the money you pay, PJ Hilton is definitely makes your money worth with so much of variety.

7.  Intercontinental KL 



Intercontinental KL with the theme of “Do Re Mi” buffet is a worthwhile buffet to go for. Some of the signatures here includes the satay, grilled items, and also their seafood on the bed of ice. They also have a lot of desserts and kuih muih to go for as well but I just fall in love with their satay and also their grilled items.

Adult: RM120++ (28th June – 6th July & 21st July – 25th July)

Adult: RM138++ (7th July – 20th July)

8. Grand Hyatt

Grand Hyatt Hotel brings you with the great dishes and impressive stalls to look for. Some signatures of Grand Hyatt that I love includes their Chicken Rice, Yong Tau Fu, Satay as well as their appetizers. Not to forget, their desserts is also a good one to try off especially on the Onde Onde.

9. ParkRoyal Kuala Lumpur



Parkroyal KL brings you with the Malaysian style temptations. Having the variety choices of food, some of my favorites includes the grilled selection, their curry fish as well as their Gula sago Melaka, Another favorites is their ice creams.

10. ArmadaHotel PJ

Utara Café in Armada Hotel serve us with their ramadhan buffet with their signature. Their signatures which is not to be missed everytime I am in Armada includes their Roti Durian, Satay, and also their Asam Laksa. Nice one to go for in Ramadhan here at Armada Hotel
