Bringing you a tantalizing delights from Chef Faizal and his team; the buffet spread boasting over 150 mouth watering delighting where you will be amazed with.

You will be pampered from the start till the end with the impressive delights with a collection of buffet spread and also stalls.

Pamper your selves with the local speciality from the traditional delights like the Roti Canai, Chicken Briyani Rice, and Murtabak. Of special mentions are Essence’s famous Whole Baby Lamb with Mandi Rice, Lebanese Sharwarma, Ayam Percik Terengganu, Ala Minute Asam Pedas Fish and Gulai Kawah Besar Kambing Daun Salam. Wholesome choices of delights includes my favorite satay corner is also available in the buffet spread too.

Ulam-Ulaman Desa section goes classic with Pucuk Petik, Pucuk Gajus, Ulam Raja, Petai, Jering, Daun Selon, Tenggek Burung, Daun Pegaga, Bendi Rebus, Terung Rebus and Petai Rebus. Have together with Sambal Belacan, Sambal Bacang, Sambal Belacan Nenas, Sambal Belacan Binjai, Sambal Tempoyak, Sambal Cencalok and more.

The vabriant and colourful stalls are available where you may explore on the noodles selection with the chef will get you pamper with the bustling sensations of the stalls delights too. The cooking stations will assured you more varieties as they have the noodles stations and more. Not only that, asam pedas is also available in the buffet spread.

The Japanese delights section comes well with the variety of choices of fresh tantalizing sashimi and sushi

There are also lok –lok stall where you can pamper your self with the variety types of skewers of fish balls, sausages, and many more. Dipped them into the soup and get them boiled. Dipped your lok lok with the variety of sauces.

Not only lok lok, a variety of stir fried items like char koay teow, fried rice is also available. Others include the sweet and sourish blend of asam pedas where you can choose your ingridients to go with it. Others include Apam Balik, Keropok Lekor, Deep Fried Banana, Deep Fried Tapioca and Ice Kacang.

The buffet is priced at RM118.00++ per person. It is available for dinner only from 1 July to 24 July

For those who prefer to break fast at home, we recommend you to indulge in the fragrant Chicken and lamb Briyani Rice special, available for take away at Toastina Café & Bar. Chicken Briyani Rice is priced at RM15nett each while Lamb Briyani Rice is priced at RM18nett each. The Briyani Rice will be available for sale from 29 June to 24 July 2014, Monday to Friday from 4pm until 6pm.
