Breaking fast reminds one of the varieties of delights a mum would prepare at home. Due to our hectic schedule in work, you can enjoy the wide spread of “kampung” dishes to satisfy your tastebuds who are far away from home. Walking through the delicious and appetizing delights by their skilled chef in Chatz Brasserie does not disappoint me.

Well, food starts with their lovely choices of kerabu where you can pamper yourself with loads of the sweet and sourish delights that is sure to boost your tastebuds and welcome the more main delights. The choices comes well with the Nasi Kerabu, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Keraku Ikan Bilis, Kerabu Jantung Pisang are some of the famous one that will tempt you till the fullest.

Do not missed out their fresh seafood by the bed of ice. The fresh seafood like oysters, crabs, and fresh prawn is available for your great temptations and add some lime or tabascco sauce for additional flavours.

Spoilt your choices of main course, with the great main course delights where you will be pamper with the Gulai Kawah Ikan Tongkol and Daging Tetel before moving to their grill selection.

The grill selection is filled with the lovely huge spread. Grilled all the way with the range of seafood delights where you can pamper your selves with assorted fish, squids, and cockles. Grilled till perfection, topped them with their homemade sauce such as Sos Asam, Sos Kicap Pedas, Thai Chilli Sauce and Kalasan Sauce.

Not to forget, satay is always a must for me when it comes to buffet temptations. The juicy and moist chicken and beef satay dipped in the creamy peanut sauce and served with the ketupat, onion and cucumber is something I always look for when I am in the buffet.

Not only that, filled your tummy with more dishes such as Masin Lemak Nenas, Ikan Duri Masak Berlada, Rendang Paru, Ayam masak Cili Made and Kari Kepala Ikan Berbendi. Not just that, the juicy ayam percik is something to look for when you are visiting Chatz Brasserie. Filled with the spices and herbs, the ayam percik is simply juicy and filled with the fragrant aroma.

The fragrance nasi biryani another Malaysian favorites is calling me!. The nasi biryani is well cooked and added with beef or chicken and you can add some papadam to it for a more crunchy bites.

As for soup, do pamper your self with their aromatic soup where you can indulge in the Sup Tulang, Sup Kambing, Sup Daging, Sup Ayam and also Sup Ekor. Added with loads of condiments, you may dip them with bread too.

There are also delicious items like the mee rebus is available in the buffet spread.

Ending our meals with the desserts, we are definite to pamper with their signature desserts – Bubur Kacang Hijau Durian which will definitely delights you with chunk of durian flesh in your green bean desserts.

Not only that, they have so much to go for where they do have assorted kuih muih which is a good one as well. Enjoy their kuih lapis, apam balik, gula sago melaka and more.

Have more space, grab their ice cream. The calamansi ice cream is one of my favorites where it give us a refreshing taste after a heavy meal.

With four menus rotation daily, “Juadah Kampung” at Chatz Brasserie is available from 29 June to 27 July, from 7 pm to 10.30 pm daily. Buffet priced at RM 125 nett per adult and RM 62.50 nett per child. Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur facebook fans are entitled to enjoy 30% savings on the total food bill up to a maximum of 20 persons dining when they make prepayment from 15 May to 16 June.

Guest staying at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur and Parkroyal Service Suites Kuala Lumpur are entitled to 20% savings on the “Juadah Kampung”. Special Savings also apply for selected bank cardmembers.

Besides the “Juadah Kampung” being offered, they also organize “berbuka puasa” and Hari Raya Banquets for a minimum of 50 persons from RM 95 nett aper persons and from RM 98 nett per person respectively in their function rooms. A “Sahur” menu is also available via in-room dining with six menus rotation daily. Among the available dishes are Kupang Masak Halia, Daging Rendang Minang, Ayam Masak Merah, Sotong Sambal Petai, Udang Berempah and Ikan Sambal Bawang. The order and delivery time for sahur is from 1 am to 4.30 am.
