TEA & TATTLE @ DAMANSARA UTAMA

March 24, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Located across the main road, Tea & Tattle (pork free) stands tall for its bold and striking yellow façade. Hail all the way from Ipoh, they had finally have their outlet in Damansara Uptown. In here, they have more than 150 types of tea clearly which is clearly explained on their menu.

Shrimp Scampi (RM 32)

Comes with large garlic shrimps served on a bed of garlic roasted potatoes and broccoli. I love how it is prepared where the scampi is well marinated with the garlic and a little olive oil in it. And what surprise me is the roasted potato which is smooth and velvety texture.

Egg Benedict & Skillet Potatoes (RM 23)

I love the delicious egg and hollandaise on a grilled English muffin. Served with skillet potatoes and breakfast salad. This is just perfect, the egg was well cooked at the right temperature and when it poked, you can taste the ooziness of egg which is amazingly creamy.

Gumbo (RM 28)

Thick and hearty Cajun stew with shrimp, chicken, chicken sausages and assorted vegetables served on a bed of steaming hot rice. With this, it is just an awesome complete dinner and real smacking good!

As for tea, they have a large variety of tea in their selection which includes the Plum Oolong, Wuyi Oolong, Summer Rose, and many more.

Passionfruit Jasmine

The tea comes with the great blend of the combination of organic black tea, organic green tea, organic jasmine flowers and passionfruit essence. The award winning blend of select black tea green teas jasmine blossoms, and passionfruit essence has a long lasting sweet flavour and astounding aroma that carries well hot and refreshing iced tea.

Italian Blood Rose

Using the Organic Roolbos, organic honeybush, organic orange peel, organic safflower, organic hibiscus and citrus, the tea comes simply refreshing. The revitalizing citrus blend steeps a beautiful light pink hue and leaves behind a clean and refreshing finish of fresh orange blossoms

Like to have some light snacks, they do serves cakes do and their cheese cake is just awesome with the melt in the mouth sensation.

Overall, Tea & Tattler is indeed a great place for some lovely tea and great food. It is indeed worth for visit or even have your relaxing day enjoy a cuppa of tea with all the great food with it.
