Seoulite @ The Hub

 Tucked in the HUB at SS2, we recently found out about this modern Korean delight by the name of Seoulite. It is indeed a nice place to dine and the restaurant brings you a cosy ambience. Walking into the restaurant, we are greeted by their lovely staff and we headed to our table. Here, we are then served the menu where they have quite a vast of choices to go for

Mix Chicken Salad (RM 19)

A healthy yet delicious salad. Here, the mixed salad and rockets are served with the tangy sauce, as well as the roasted peanuts, radish, cherry tomatoes and grilled chicken. We love the flavours of it and the chicken is juicy and tender too.

Torched Seafood Rigatoni with Browned Butter Sauce (RM 28)

We started off with their rigatoni which is something unique and special to enjoy. We love how they are made where the torched Rigatoni pasta is beautifully served with the bursting flavours in browned butter sauce, and served with prawns, sweet zucchini, pecan and torched lemon in it. 

Spicy Seafood Risotto (RM 26) 

Not a fans of risotto, but the risotto here impressed me after the first taste. One can enjoy the sweet, spicy and creamy risotto which is mixed with parmesan cheese, and topped with prawns, calamari and dill with it. Nicely made.

K-Rose Tteokbokki with Crispy Onion Rings (RM 38)

It is a twist from the famous Korean street food where in Seoulite, they made it with a touch of creamy goodness and served with rice cakes, spicy cream sauce, prawns, calamari , Thai chili, crispy onion rings and garlic chips. It is indeed impressive. 

Walnut Croffle (RM 26)

As for desserts, we enjoyed their walnut croffle where the croissant-made waffle is sprinkled with brown sugar, and then it is topped with Italian walnut ice cream, caramel syrup and dalgona honeycomb. This is superbly good and we love the Italian Walnut ice cream.

As for drinks, we tried some of the recommended drinks including the Misu Honey Latte (Misugaru, Honey, Milk & Espresso) and the Chocolate Dalgona ( Cocoa, whipped Cream, Dalgona Honeycomb, Milk & Sugar)

If you are looking for different Korean Delights, Seoulite would be the place worth the visit.
