Win Up to RM100,000 Worth of Cash and Prizes with Nationwide Contest by MARIGOLD UHT Milk and Sun Life Malaysia

September 15, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

MARIGOLD, one of Malaysia’s leading milk brands, kicked off its first-ever collaboration with Sun Life Malaysia, a life insurance and family takaful company, via a nationwide contest entitled
“Grow with Every Challenge, Win Your Dream”. Promoting both the brands’ commitment in building a strong foundation for children, the contest aims to help the nation’s future generation of leaders to realise their dreams and aspirations.

The contest which will run from 1 September to 31 October was inspired by MARIGOLD UHT Milk’s newly launched campaign, Grow with Every Challenge, targeted at encouraging resilience in children. When children start growing; transitioning from child to adolescent, there are bound to be hardships. They may experience obstacles with their school work, at sports, with friends and even at home, and it’s easy to feel discouraged when things don’t go their way.

“Adversity builds character and strengthens resilience. Our role as brand owners is to ensure we provide good nutrition via MARIGOLD UHT Milk to support physical and mental development for children to reach their full potential,” said Poh Eng Lip, General Manager of Malaysia Milk Sdn. Bhd., the manufacturer of MARIGOLD products.

Resilient children are known to grow up to be successful adults. This is because instead of seeing obstacles as a point of defeat, they understand that setbacks are simply challenges to be overcome. The ability to ‘bounce back’ is what makes them stronger. This creates a positive, optimistic mindset to never give up, no matter what the situation.

As a brand championing brighter and sustainable lives, Sun Life Malaysia is committed to helping Malaysians achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives – financially, mentally and physically.

Sharing excitement over the partnership with MARIGOLD on empowering youth, Raymond Lew, CEO and President/Country Head of Sun Life Malaysia said, “We firmly believe that early planning for your child’s future will help set them up for success, especially when it comes to their education needs. The collaboration with MARIGOLD is affirmation of our commitment to building sustainable communities by helping our youth achieve their aspirations.”

Yap Jay Queen, Head of Marketing for Cotra Enterprises, the marketing division under Malaysia Milk shares her thoughts, “We believe this contest will resonate with parents of young children. They’d want to ensure their child is given all the right advantage and at the same time, keep them level-headed because building resilience is key to character building.”

As an everyday milk, MARIGOLD UHT Milk aims to provide children with the right foundation for them to achieve their dreams, starting with the right nutrition. MARIGOLD UHT Milk contains protein and a unique BonePlus formulation comprising vitamin D and calcium to build stronger, healthier bones.
To participate in the contest, here are two (2) simple steps:
Purchase any of the following MARIGOLD UHT Milk products:
1-Litre (1 pack)
200ml x 6 packs (1 set)
200ml x 3 packs (2 sets)

Send the official receipt via WhatsApp to 017-560 0782, answer one question and stand a chance to win the following prizes:
Prizes:
1st Prize: RM20,000 cash x 1
2nd Prize: RM10,000 cash x 1
3rd Prize: RM5,000 cash x 6
Consolation Prize: Tablet x 15

With this contest, the more one buys, the higher the chances of winning. With prizes worth up to RM100,000 comprising cash prizes and tablets, it’s a contest not to be missed.
“A strong foundation is fundamental to a child’s success. Nutrition being one of the key factors in a child’s development and the other, the opportunity for academic progress through financial security,” Poh concluded. Commenting on the strategic partnership with Sun Life Malaysia. “Together, we hope to empower more young Malaysians with a strong, resilient and brighter future.”
