The Butcher’s Table @ Pavilion KL

August 27, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

If you are a fan of pork, I am sure you will fall in love with this awesome restaurant by the name of The Butcher’s Table. The Butcher’s Table is one of the outlet located in Pavilion at Level 7 (The Loaf) where it brings you with the authentic and unique porky delights.

And in here, one can enjoy the awesomely prepared food by their spearheaded by master butcher, Mr Ho. For those who does not know, Mr Ho’s was primarily known for running Mr Ho’s Fine Foods in Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC) in the late 1990s. He was away for a decade before starts this new adventure – The Butcher’s Table in 2017. And in here, one can enjoy the famed crispy roast por to well marinated fresh cuts and 100% wood chip smoked meat such as pancetta and pork knuckle and more.

Tomapork (RM 88)

A must to try is their Tomapork (RM 88). The Tomapork are beautifully done where it comes with the luscious marbling. The pork comes simply juicy and every mouthful is completed with the fragrant natural wood-chip taste in it. The Tomapork is served together with the coleslaw and fries.

Crispy Roast Pork (RM 17.80)

The crispy roast pork is another must try here where they come up with the chunky meat. The meat was tasty and well balanced with the thick layer of fat at the top. The skin comes simply crispy where once a bite you can get the crack sound. Yummz!

Grilled Pancetta (RM 17.80)

The Grilled Pancetta is worth the order where the pancetta comes impressively good. The flavors are well balanced with the pork which makes the overall dish double thumbs up.

Signature Salted Beef (RM 39.50)

The Signature Salted Beef is another must have here.  And in here, you can enjoy the salty, juicy beef brisket which is just so juicy., The meat is completely tender and they are complemented with the generous portion of mustard.

And of course their sausages. Their sausages are worth to shoit about where they offer an array of nitrate-free, preservative free crafted sausages with the natural hog casing and zero fillers. We had our iberico pork sausages which is really nice and packed with the meat in it. Nicely done.

If you are looking for some nice porklicious food, it is time to visit The Butcher’s Table at Pavilion KL where they are bring you a satisfying meal for sure.
