Graze @ Hilton Kuala Lumpur brings you with 45 Minutes Lunch Menu

August 4, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Hilton Kuala Lumpur is always one of my favorites place to dine and Graze is our family’s favourite restaurant as well. We are happy to hear that Chambers Grill and Graze at Hilton Kuala Lumpur have reopened its doors and are welcoming guests back with a curation of specialty dishes from an innovative grill menu of meat cuts to delicious European delicacies.
And recently, Graze had launched their NEW 45 minutes LUNCH Menu which comes really impressive. And now, one can enjoy the 3-course express set with the busy work crowd in mind.
Drawing emphasis on fresh and seasonal produce, the six concise menus comprises a variety of appetizers, mains and desserts to finish.  They come with 2 options menu where one can indulge in classics like Caesar Salad, Creamy Mushroom Soup, Graze Steak Sandwich, Napolitan Beef Ragout, Traditional Crème Brule, Caramel Banana Brownie and more awaits.
As for us, we enjoyed their appetizers where we had the Smoked Chicken Salad. The Smoked Chicken Salad comes impressively good where they comes with the beautiful greenies together with the Baby Gem Lettuce, Green Apple, and the Orange Vinaigrette. The lovely salad packed with goodness and the chicken is well smoked with the light aromatic char taste. Impressive!
And for the Mains we enjoyed the Crispy Beer Buttered Fish where the fish is beautifully deep fried till perfection. They are really fragrant and every bite brings you a crisp taste at the skin while inside remains flaky. Yummz. They are sides with the steak fries, tartare sauce, and the fresh lemon. This is such an indulgence and the portion are pretty generous too.
And every meal would definitely end with some sweet temptations. We ended with their Traditional Crème Brulee which is addictively good. I am just superbly falling in love with it.
Available from 1 July – 31 August 2020 and for lunch only, the set meal is priced at RM95 nett per person inclusive of juice or coffee and tea.
For connoisseurs of meats, nothing beats lightly charred meat with crispy skin and a woody smoked aroma, done over charcoal. Chambers Grill has you covered with their ‘Carnivore’s Delight’ dining offer. Available from 1 July – 31 August 2020, guests can enjoy the signature Australian Beef Tomahawk or the perfect-for-sharing Carnivore Platter. Expertly prepared, the premium Tomahawk beef is dry-aged in the restaurant’s custom-made Himalaya salt tile cabinet for days to ensure all-round flavors. From RM450 nett, dinners can select three side dishes, including hand cut fries, garlic potato mash, sautéed mushrooms, mac & cheese, sweet potato wedges and grilled vegetables to complement the steaks. The Carnivore Platter is priced at RM700 nett, featuring Black Angus Tomahawk, Australian Lamb Cutlets, Homemade Beef and Chicken Bratwurst, 14-hours Braised Beef Brisket and Confit Chicken Thigh.

Prior reservation is required. A standard discount is available for Hilton Dining APAC members and selected credit card holders.
