“Selera Kampung “ @ Furama Kuala Lumpur

To usher in the holy month of Ramadhan this year, the culinary team at Furama Bukit Bintang has skilfully put together a sumptuous buffet spread of the authentic Malaysian Cuisines all in one place. The SPICES @ Furama Bukit Bintang brings you the theme “ Selera Kampung”, the theme has decided to give the buffet a contempory twist by including the current all-time favourite bubble tea.
In here, one can enjoy the buffet spread will highlighting authentic Malay ishes from the basic appetisers of “ulam”, “sambal” and “kerabu” to main courses of “Nasi Hujan Panas”, :Kambing Tumis Hitam Ala Mamak”, “Udang Sambal Berpetai” and more. Another must – have during the fast- breaking is the bubur lambuk, together with ‘lemang’, ‘rendang’ and ‘sup berempah ayam & ekor’.
Asides from that, you can enjoy the wide variety choices of dishes which includes the Furama Signature Grill Lamb or the Kambing  Bakar Istimewa. The grilled items that you can try includes the grilled beef, chicken, mussels, fish, and not forgetting the local favourite satay. 
Asides from that, one can also the wide selections of the local desserts such as the Kuih Bakar Kemboja, Kuih Talam Pandan, Kuih Kasui, Kuh Bingka Ubi, uih Talam Sagu, Pulut Panggang, Pengat Durian and many more.
Asides from that, one can enjoy a wide variety of dishes in their list which includes salads, mushroom soup and many more.
