Restoran Flavour Square (鲜味坊) is a new restaurant which is located along the houses at Rangoon Road. The restaurant is well spotted at your right once you turn in from Jalan Burmah. We had made our visit in the restaurant to try the stir-fried dishes with family.

We ordered the Shark Fin with dried scallops & crab meat which is being served is well served and the portion is quite a big one as well. The soup is thick and filled with plenty of yummy ingredients with It which made the dish even appetizing.
Taste: 4/5

Next come is the fried vege with sambal which is where the vege is being stir fried with the spicy sambal paste together with prawns inside. The delights is indeed lovely where it is not too spicy and it brings a pungent taste of sambal which I love.

Fried prawns with cereal is one of the nice things to have there. The fresh prawns is being dip with flour. It is then being deep fried till crispiness together with the fragrant oat and the curry leaves together with it. It leave the whole meal filled with the fragrant taste of the oats and a light spiciness from the curry leaves. The portion is good to share and the prawns are fresh which brings the credit to the meal.
