Chewie Mellow @ Setapak : Taiwanese Desserts to go For!

June 10, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

Chewie  Mellow is one of the places which served the Taiwanese Inspired Desserts. The place I called a dessert heaven if you are big fans of the Taiwanese Desserts especially the Taro Balls and more.

With the cute mascot which is really eye capturing, Chewie Mellow brings you with a clean renovation with the touch of minimalist but also insta-friendly. During our meals here Chewie Mellow, we spotted many youngsters crowds have their selfie here as well.

The menu comes with the wide choices where they have icy desserts and hot snacks to go along as well.

Chewie Jelly Milk Tea Ice ( RM 12.90)

Made from scratch from their kitchen, the shaved ice is added with the fragrant milk tea flavours and topped with the taro, red beans, and the grass jelly. The ice is perfectly well shaved and delicious where there are velvety good as well.

Brown Sugar Pearl Ice (RM 12.90)

The Brown Sugar Pearl Ice offers you with the icy sensation that is perfectly an indulgence. Not too sweet, the ice is just nice with the fragrant brown sugar taste with it. Sides with the bouncy pearls.

 Mango Pearl Ice (RM 13.90)

The Mango Pearl Ice is another must try here. We are loving the fragrant mango taste and sides with the icy ice cream. Yummy..

Milky Mochi  (RM 9.90)

Milky Mochi is one of the highlights here. Choose your selections of mochi where they have the Peanut Mochi Milk, Coconut Mochi Milk, Chocolate Mochi Milk and the Match Mochi Milk. Each of it is priced at RM 9.90 each. As for us, we have their Chocolate Mochi Milk. They are made from scratch upon order and they need minimum of 10 minutes to prepare.

Asides from their desserts, one can also enjoy some Taiwanese Snacks as well.  You can have some Crispy Fried Chicken, Popcorn Chicken, Tempura, Cheesy Fries, Crispy Plum Potato or even the famous Oyster Mee Suah and Braised Chicken Rice as well.

Overall, I am in love with their selections of desserts here which comes simply delicious.

Address: No. 52 A, Jalan Danau Niaga 1, Crystal Ville, Setapak.
Opening hours: Everyday. 11.30 am – 12 am.
