Spice Up the Flavours with the Nasi Kandar Promotion @ Taman Sari, Istana Hotel

March 16, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

Istana Hotel never disappoint me with their delicious food! This time around, Taman Sari is one of their restaurants which means the Garden of Flowers brings you  with the beautiful landscape and a breezy and stylish ambiance.

From 11th to 22nd March 2019, for only RM98 nett per adult, there will be 4 menus on rotation basis, featuring a wide variety of Nasi Kandar and its variety of curries and sides dishes to pamper your tastebuds.

Start off your meal with the awesomely prepared dishes which includes their ayam goreng, telur ikan goreng, ikan goreng berempah and many more.

Don’t miss out their perai goreng and petola goreng which are some of their signatures to look forward.

Drench your bowl of rice of your choice either a white rice or a briyani rice. Haven them together with their choices of curry which includes the gulai  bendi & Tering bulat , daging masak hitam, kobis goreng kunyit, sotong kari, kambing kurma and many more.

Have them together with the choices of  delicious condiments such as the lady fingers, eggplant , cucumber, green chili, salted egg, boiled egg , jelatah, and sambal chili.

Not just tat, don’t miss out their salmon fish head curry which is so addictive. It is one of my favourite where the braised salmon head is being cooked for hours in thick curry with lady fingers, egg plant and tomato. It is so addictive that I could not help for a second and third servings.
And of course don’t miss out their ayam goreng, burung puyuh goreng to name a few.

Asides from their delicious nasi kandar delights, they do have wide spread of choices too from Western to Chinese and Indian too.  A wide arrays of desserts are available on their buffet spread.
The buffet is available during Buffet Lunch only, Mondays to Fridays.
Operating Hours:
Mondays to Fridays Buffet Breakfast : 6.00 am to 10.30 am
Buffet Lunch : 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm
Buffet Dinner : 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm (Subject to availability)
Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays Buffet Breakfast : 6.00 am to 11.00 am
